Great service I recommend everyone to go 100 is better than 500 or 700 dollars to do taxes. They are great. Everyone else is too high.

This review definitely had the potential to be a 5 star… but… it’s not. I have never used this office before in my life and my experience was fantastic.. or so I thought. Mary was beyond kind and helpful but when we were sitting in her office doing my taxes, she asked me if I ever received my last stimulus. I said “no”. She confirmed with me 3 different times that I did not receive it and come to find out… in the system she checked “yes” that I received it. The day I got my return, the stimulus amount was not there. So, I go back and that’s when I find out that she checked “yes”. She advised me to call the IRS in order to get this whole thing figured out. That was 2 weeks ago… I haven’t been able to talk to a single person about resolving this so that I can get my money. All of this… HOURS of my time wasted on hold because even after 3 times of asking me… she still checked “yes, I received it”. Beyond disappointed, beyond frustrated. I get human error… but after 3 times you’d think “no” would’ve been checked. I shouldn’t have to make these calls and waste my time because that isn’t my job necessarily. I paid YOU to do my taxes. I PAID you to do my taxes and everything properly and I’m not receiving my money. Again, frustrated and disappointed for sure. This review doesn’t necessarily depict my opinion of Mary, it’s the situation at hand that shouldn’t have even happened.
