Gene is so friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time in explaining the policies and was very thorough. He managed to get me a great rate and was communicative and responsive. Just had a great overall, professional experience which was appreciated. Highly recommend!

I had a horrible experience with my previous agent and was ready to drop my insurance because of it. I was then transferred to Gene as my agent . This man was not only professional and friendly but went above and beyond to find the correct coverage for my needs and not to mention , he has continued to follow up and made himself available if any future changes are needed!Overall Great Guy and excellent customer service!!!

We have both auto and home insurance with Farmers and Bernard Ryan is our agent. He is always prompt and professional and has done an excellent job getting us the best rate on great coverage, as well as advising us on how to make the best insurance decisions! We recommend him highly!

To sum this place up, he is UNETHICHAL, IMMORAL, NON-FIDUCIARY, and takes advantage of all age's from the elderly to young adults/teenagers!Just like "Robert Freeman's" review I also had a horrible time getting any type of transparency or honesty. When wanting to get clarity of what I was paying for and receiving a breakdown, he refused and said he could not provide that information. Due to his response and lack of transparency for what I was paying for I asked to TERMINATE SERVICE, which he replied that he could not and needed proof that I had obtained a new insurer. This is also not required, and speak volumes to his ethics and morals. The final straw was also that I inquired on pricing of TERM LIFE INSURANCE pricing, mind you I'm in my 20's, to which he then spent over an hour trying to convince me to purchase WHOLE LIFE INSURANCE. FYI the first year & second year commission he earns is 50% and the third year is 30% to 40% commission when selling whole life insurance.

We recently moved back to Farmers due to Gene Ryan. We previously moved away from Farmers because of a bad experience but he won our business back by his integrity and grit. He is excellent and we highly recommend.

Over the past several years, I had such a great experience with Gene Ryan. It was the best service I've ever had with an insurance company because of Gene. He was always extremely helpful, very personable, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and professional. I recently moved from Texas so my insurance had to change, but I highly recommend Gene for your insurance needs. He is a great person with great character!

A single conversation with Mr. Ryan will prove just the type of professional and person he is. He has been consistent in his character and dependability. He is extremely caring, highly professional, understanding, very knowledgeable, and attentive. It is like talking with a friend when talking to Gene. He makes you feel you are always a priority and has excellent communication. He has spent extended periods of time making sure I understand policies or changes and answering my extensive list of questions with so much patience and kindness that I have questioned exactly how a person was capable of so much grace! Lastly, I want to mention the determination and care he has portrayed through managing any and all of our business matters. He has truly taken care of our little company. We are grateful!

At 70 years old, as you can imagine I've worked with a LOT of Insurance companies and agents. Gene is absolutely the friendliest , most helpful agent I've ever dealt with. I was skeptical about switching from my last Insurance company til I talked to Mr. Ryan. Hands down the best!
