Just went for a tire repair and rotation. They patched my tire and rotated them in about 20 minutes and I was out of there and paid nothing. Highly recommend discount tire and I'll definitely be buying tires from them when it comes time.

Amazing service! DJ was very patient in giving all the options and explaining the value of tires/showing the reports. Very quick service was in and out within 40 minutes with two new tires.

So I don't know where to begin. I took my pickup here because I have been using Discount Tire for over 20 years or more. I was using another location but moved back out here. I took my pickup here to have a tire repaired. They decided that they couldn't patch or plug it, which is what I pretty much already knew. They didn't have the tire in stock, so they asked me if I wanted the spare put on, and I said yes. He immediately told the guy in the shop to put the spare on, I heard him tell him to do it. I didn't look at the tire when I started to leave because I thought they had put the spare on. Soon as I leave, I hear the clicking and know they put that tire back on. Went back and had to wait again to have the spare put on. After 2 days, I still had not heard anything from them about my tire coming in, so I called them. Then they couldn't find my order and finally tell me it's in to come up and have it installed. In the mean time I noticed that I have a roofing nail in one of my other tires. I asked them to repair it while they had it in there and they say no problem. Get a text that it's done and ready for pick-up. I get there and they say yeah we repaired the other tire. So before I leave I look and it still had the nail in the tire. I can't understand how hard it is to look at a ticket and preform the work as it should be. Needless to say I probably will never return. I could have made a scene in the store and raised hell about it but I figured more people would see this and they might change some things so it doesn't happen to someone else. They put the tire in the photo back on for me to drive on.

Phenomenal customer service! I have been going to this location for years and have never had a bad experience. They always keep you posted on the process. Excellent service from when you walk through the door until you leave. The staff from the front, to the technicians, to the manager is super. The manager, Bob always make a point to say hi and asked how my 4Runner is doing. Keep up the good work!!!!

Cool weather, low tire pressure. While in line for pressure check. They gave a tire report update, that was great and aired me up and the Wife and I was out of there. ???

Had no appointment but had a tire losing air and needed to travel in a couple of hours. Decided on 2 new tires and a rotation. They said it would be ready in an hour, but my car was ready in 40 mins. Staff knowledgeable and nice.

1. Not cheap
2. They sold me new tires and told me they changed it. Because of stud issue they did not change it and send me another store and i had to pay there aswell. I don’t recommend this place
