This CVS in Wylie is the worst store ever. I wish there was a Walgreens here instead of them. They are never open till 10 like they say they are. There’s no point of coming all the way here past 8 PM for any emergency

Great pharmacy! Techs were kind and very helpful. I don’t have insurance so the techs did everything in their power to provide any and all discounts that were available. I am very thankful for their help.

Never get prescriptions from here. They were hurting my mom by not giving her her meds. Then when come to find out they never had it to begin with. So instead of letting us know and sending the prescription somewhere else they waited further harming my mother. Never again with cvs

Gage! Best customer service ever! Gage is professional and friendly, helped explain how to use my CVS app and get my coupons! He checked me out even though the self-check register was open! Keep up the great work Gage.... you deserve a raise! Thank you!

EVERY time I need a prescription filled, they are out of it and "will have to order it." I need the same meds every month. Why can't they keep it in stock? They have shorted me pills, then realized that they were at fault, thank God, and had to go back up there for the rest. ALWAYS a problem!!! I NEED them to DO BETTER!!! It shouldn't take this much time and effort to get my medication.

THE REVIEWS DO NOT LIE...Worse pharmacy with poorly stocked shelves and horrible customer service. How do you work in the pharmacy and have no idea where to locate medication in the aisles...zero job competency and interest. Pharmacist totally ignored me and went to the drive-thru window after he knew that I waited for him to return from the bathroom. HORRIBLE...get it together!!!!

One Star for the phone system. I know it's implemented by CVS HQ - but not being able to talk to a Pharmacist via the phone and having to leave a voicemail is terrible. Especially when they leave you no other way to transfer a prescription besides showing up in person.I'm sure it's a coat/time saving measure from corporate but it is terrible customer service.The staff here are super nice though. They are just hindered by lame corporate systems.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! I always have to double check they've filled my prescriptions correctly (they often don't). They say they've ordered medications but weeks later its still not here. I go bc its close and I dont have bandwidth to go farther but I think I'm going to find it and go somewhere else.

I hate leaving negative reviews but this pharmacy has become intolerable. They care nothing about customer service, have zero sense of urgency and Dr. Tran comes across as he genuinely “doesn’t care”.The convenience of location no longer outweighs the lack of customer service. Across town to HEB I go.
