I love this place! They treat my Sophie and Jagger just like they were theirs. Kindness, consistency, caring! They have it all. Thru a very difficult week with our Jagger, they went above and beyond. ❤️

I have been bringing my dogs to this place for a few months now and they get so excited to come and get pampered and bathed. Previously with other facilities they would fight me to get out of the car and now they just jump up and prance in there. Staff is doing a good job and I would recommend Cloud 9.

Cloud Nine grooming is top notch. They take pride in their work, and at an affordable price. I’ve tried many in Wylie/ Murphy and all things considered, they are the best.

I take my small dogs here. They have special diets and they take excellent care of my dogs.Management is very professional. Great groomer. I’m taking my dogs there tomorrow for 4 days. I’m not concerned for their well being. 4 lb and 8 lbs Kairn terriers. Mocha and Latte

We took Buster to Cloud Nine Pet Resort and Spa just a week after we suddenly lost our other dog. She died very unexpectedly, she was only 6. We had a pre planned vacation, and so Buster stayed at Cloud 9 while we were out of town. Not only did the owner give me excellent advice regarding dog food, but he took such good care of our baby. Buster left one happy doggo! I cannot thank their team enough for giving Buster care and support during his stay there!

Gene, Beth, and Heater are always great and friendly. They listen and take the time to make sure everything is perfect. I take my dogs??? for grooming and nail clippings. I stay in Rockwall but it’s definitely worth the drive. Always appreciated! ?

I took my cat Max here because his fur was matted so badly. To my surprise, she did not have to shave him. He came back with his soft fur in tact and so silky clean. He also had a Halloween scarf on. I called on Thursday and brought him in for his 10 am. appointment on Monday. He is not shaved, I am happy. I'd definitely recommend this place.

My Audrey has been here several times and comes home happy. This time my newly fostered/adopted dog Mo went too. He is a little guy and I was worried. They both came home happy (and a little tired) and I am so relieved. The staff is great - every one I have ever met. Cloud Nine is not too close to me, but worth the trip for peace of mind.
