Gene and everyone over at Cloud Nine do an amazing job, we never bring our dog anywhere else. They truly make us feel like VIPs every single time.

I love this place! They treat my Sophie and Jagger just like they were theirs. Kindness, consistency, caring! They have it all. Thru a very difficult week with our Jagger, they went above and beyond. ❤️

I have been bringing my dogs to this place for a few months now and they get so excited to come and get pampered and bathed. Previously with other facilities they would fight me to get out of the car and now they just jump up and prance in there. Staff is doing a good job and I would recommend Cloud 9.
