“Twice Enterprise Rockwall (I-30) location has exceeded my expectations. First I got a free and unexpected ride from the collision place to the rental location from one of the Enterprise reps, which saved me who knows how long waiting for hubby to give me a ride. Then ........ I ran out of gas yesterday - totally my fault - but right in front of their store and yes it was every bit of 100 degrees out. One of the store managers kindly drove to the gas station, bought gas and got me back on the road again, all with a big smile and great attitude! During what I'm sure is one of their busiest weeks. Orginally, we were going to get a car rental with Budget at Dallas Love Field and that service there was TRASH. So again, I am extremely happy with how our rental came and went. “Everything went smoothly for pickup and dropoff with Hertz. But this place is a bit of a ride from the airport. Allow like an extra 30+ mins to ride the shuttle.”
“My experience was great. My family and I needed to travel to South Carolina. We were given discounts on add ons and everything. The owner and the reps are very nice from the first second I walked in. They didn’t have the Tahoe we reserved but gave us a bigger car, which worked out perfect because the other car would have been too small. And they didn’t charge us extra. They were a blessing. They have blessed us in other ways too, and are really for the customer.”
“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“Honestly, after reading the reviews I was skeptical about going to this location but I took my chances since there wasn’t any recent reviews. I had reservations at a different location, however, I needed a car sooner, so I called and found some available at this location. I didn’t get his name but the gentleman was very helpful, he was able to transfer my reservation to his location. I arrived and had zero issues, everyone was friendly and helpful. Specifically Sophie, she is the one that helped me through the process of renting and returning the vehicle. My experience here was nothing short of great!”

It's worth noting that this rental car location seems more geared towards long-term rentals.After a flight delay left us stranded without a car due to Avis rental car mishap, we found ourselves at Hertz, conveniently located inside a Ford dealership outside of Dallas in Rockwall.
