At first, I gave a good review for this location because of good customer service but have to change review after finding out damage in my car. I went to this location for brakes, alignment & suspension. After more than 5 hrs of waiting working on my car, (told it will take 2-2.5 hrs only). I drove home & while driving, I heard a popping sound. I called immediately to let them know about the popping sound. I returned the car in different day and left the car in the shop. Afternoon, I received a call, I can’t get my car it’s not safe to drive, car damaged because of incompetent mechanic. Mechanic didn’t do it right from the start. Also, grease are all over my car didn’t even bother to wipe. It’s an awful job! . Obviously, didn’t care. Up to now, I’m still waiting for the parts. Meanwhile, I’m driving my damage car with a loose screw, bumper not properly aligned, trim damage. Because of what happened, I’m thinking to go to other mechanic or look for another car. I don’t feel safe anymore and no peace of mind. I spent big amount of money just to damage my car in brake plus auto shop!

Very quick and friendly service. Simple to book appointment on their website. Took about 20 min for an oil change. Dylan had the tech point out some deficiencies but did not pressure at all to get the work done. Just provided a quote and recommendation on when the repairs should be performed.

Dont trust the 5 star rating. Looks suspicios. I am Disappointed with the wheel alignment service. I hope they did some alignment, did not give the printout of the Alignment settings. They said the printer is not working but they printed the invoices for the billing and payment. Not sure what settings they did or alignment was performed as no proof of service is provided at end. Usually everyone print out the same but they refused or started telling some reasons for not providing. I m disappointed by this and also Changing the deal. Before I went, I called to get the price and package. It was told the warranty is 12 months or 12000 miles. After service they said they never told. It is just 3 months and 3000 miles. Altogether they are not straight and transparent. Stay away from them and find someone else for the services.

Chase was a great help in getting my car in quickly close to closing time, and helping me fix an issue with my battery on top of my oil change. I appreciate the help and professionalism shown at this store and will certainly return to Brakes Plus moving forward

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m writing one now because we were provided with an awesome customer service from these guys. First, they were able to accommodate us on a Friday afternoon and we had no appointment. They also didn’t charge us for a part needed to change the brake pads, plus gave us a discount for the entire service. The Bathroom and the waiting area are very clean as well and they have Keurig for the coffee lovers.

Worked with Dylan to make sure I was good to go. I came in ready to get brakes and rotors replaced. He could have easily told me that I needed them replaced but instead he said after a full brake check he said I have a good 6 months to a year before I need them replaced. Very kind and easy to work with, plan on coming back to get things taken care of when it is time to do so.

Great customer service by Dylan! He is very courteous and helpful! They got my oil change done under 20 mins with a free vehicle check up! He let me know I needed brakes, and the price was more than reasonable! Genuinely felt like part of a family, thanks again Dylan and team!

Dylan, Chase and the rest of the team were amazing. I went in for a wheel alignment. Upon inspection they
explained that they could not perform the alignment due to worn suspension parts. I felt comfortable having them perform the suspension work as the tech physically showed me and explained in detail the problem. I will definitely be back again. They have earned my trust.
