Beware if you book this hotel with online sites. They will bill you again and will not refund your money.. tried working with priceline - but they only accept documentation under 2mb in size - now need to dispute with bank

I’m sitting in the lobby crocheting a blanket waiting for a key to my room which I can’t have until 3. Mind you, that’s 4 hours from now. They have dozens of unoccupied rooms that are cleaned and ready, however I can’t t enter the room until 3. Oh, and I’ll be checking out at 7! So, instead of getting access to a room for 8 hours that I’m in town, I can sit in the lobby for 4 and have the room for 4. That is HOSPITALITY ladies and gentlemen. I don’t want to hear anything when I order lunch to be delivered and eat it here in the lobby.Noteworthy details: This hotel is managed by individuals that have no business in the hospitality industry.

I had their event hall for my birthday. They didn’t outline any policy/ term of contract. They said they were okay with us bringing in food, drinks and musicals. Musical has to stay low after 10pm. However, we came in for the party, the manager started a heated argument with my husband that we are unable to bring in alcohol, that was never clearly stated. Our DJ was unable to play music because they complained it was too loud and it was still 6-8pm. We had to end the party early and took our friends and family home, when their problem was getting too much. They screwed up my bday for me.I have used other locations of comfort inn and the service is never like this. They later informed it’s a franchise with different managementFYI The event hall is only for children’s party, adult be careful when booking with them. You might have to try other locations.

Love the location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. But need to rethink how they clean the bathroom floors. Use a vacuum. Need to use like a swiffer. Our room had long black hairs on the bathroom floor, even after I asked them to just touch up the floor. My husband is bald and I have very short ( like 3 and 4 inch short ) grey hair. Will stay here again whenever we return to Wylie.Rooms: Very nice size.

Don't stay here. The television and the telephone in the room did not work and management didn’t care. The shower leaked. Two stars might be generous.

This was actually a lot nicer than expected. I was concerned at first because the outside of the building looked a bit off and some HVAC equipment just out in the front and the elevator looked a bit beat up. But boy was the room clean and cozy. I slept like a baby and actually cant wait to go back.Rooms: The rooms are fantastic.

The Comfort Inn staff members were friendly and helpful. My suite was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. I only had one problem with my TV remote, but the desk clerk quickly took care of it!

The rooms specifically bathrooms were not as clean as they should. Black hair on floor, shower etc.Television never workedHot water in shower not working Clerk advised we could pay for rooms individually when checking out. Clerk at checkout would only let the rooms be paid for by initial credit card, no individual payment upon checkout.

Room 302. Room made me sick. Was coughing blood after staying the night. Left for the day and came back and felt my throat closing up. Something in the room was making me sick. No refund after asking for one. Was told they would check with the manager. This is a picture of the a/c.

Service isn't even a 1 star.Do not come here.They don't answer the phones no matter how long you call for, waited 30-45 minutes for the lady to come to the front desk after my key stopped working and I couldn't get back into my room.I was honestly convinced nobody even worked here after I was waiting for so long.SAVE YOUR MONEY and go down the street to a different hotel, this one isn't worth it at all.

This hotel may have been Best Western at one time- it is now named "Comfort Inn & Suites". From pictures shown, hotel appears to have been updated since photos don't match current hotel. We recently stayed at this hotel under updated name. Upon entry, we were nicely welcomed welcomed. Cafe area where complimentary breakfast is served is straight ahead with waiting area to right. We were rather surprised to see that anyone having rooms on 2nd or 3rd floors would not be able to use elevators to go up to room but could use going back down. If your room was located down the far hallway, you would have to enter 2nd floor then take elevator to 3rd since stairway was taped off on 3rd floor along with a sign noting could not enter. Very frustrating when you are lugging luggage. Room appeared clean however; bathroom lock did not work. Continental breakfast included: coffee, make your own waffles, cereal, yogurt, eggs and apples. Basic breakfast items. Hotel did not offer check out from room but there was someone at the desk when we checked out at 5am.

Hate to write a bad review as I know everyone has there bad moments but I feel compelled to share our experience. We had a Thursday -Tuesday stay in late May, party of two. Check staff was ok but they accidentally charged us for out stay THREE times and we had to pre pay before getting our room which was something I wasn't accustomed doing. Problem was solved after we left and two of the credits were on my bank online ledger after saying something to the front desk at checkout. I asked them for a name and or number to reach management if this matter did not clear up in a timely manner. I was handed a post note with two first names only. Thankfully I didn't have to pursue since I was credited a few days after checkout. The staff itself was pretty hands off and lacking professional attitude. Several times during our stay there was a sign mounted at the front desk stating that they would return soon but once that time ran over six hours in the morning to afternoon and no one was at the desk. Rooms were less than to be desired but considering the rate, I can't really gripe but... Lights are that horrible florescent kind and towels are thin,scratchy and very few. Found a live bug inside the bed but thankfully he was the only one I saw. And as for housekeeping we had none. They were suppose to come and clean every couple of days but we did sleep in so...But I did track down a housekeeper in the hallway and ask if we could please trade out for some clean towels. Her reply was "What is your room number" and "Sorry that's not my room, you'll have to find your house keeper or go to the front desk". I ended up having to wash the towels myself at a friends house while we were visiting in town. And that leads to something I didn't like, no laundry facility at the hotel at all. Nothing on the hotel itself but we had a party stay in the room down the hall from us that left their dog alone in the room while gone and it was barking and whining to get out. Again no one at the front desk or anywhere to ask for help. All in all the hotel felt shady and not friendly for us. We travel to this area yearly and this was out first and last stay in this hotel. I found out through my friends in the area that this hotel WAS a Best Western but changed to a Comfort Inn so it has new owners. That's were I think the problems may be from.

I wish the Hotels would notify guests of construction when booking. When I first arrived I was checked into an incomplete room that had a man installing electrical outlets when I went in. After telling the desk they put me in a newly renovated room which was really nice, so in the end it worked out.
