The receptionist was wonderful and kind however when I talked to a nurse on the nurse line because my toddler had a really bad fall playing and I was crying and my husband was upset we were literally driving there to be seen the nurse decided she didn’t want to answer question because my husband was upset and she hung up. How heartless can you be?! We made our way to a different er to ensure that my child, my toddler got patient centered care

This place is unpredictable and lacks professionalism. They approved my primary care visit when I scheduled it online and even checked my insurance but then said my insurance isn’t going thru when I got there in person. Why not just let me know when I scheduled? People take time off to come to a doctors visit all to be told they can’t see a doctor.

I tried to change doctor's at this location due to personal preference and my own personal experience and was told "it is not preferred to change doctor's within the same clinic." Once I explained why I wanted to change doctors, they told me they would have to let both of the doctors know and it would need to be approved by them before I could schedule my appointment. I said okay that is fine. Then they reached out to me two days later to tell me that it is frowned upon to change doctors and again asked me why I wanted to switch. At this point, I am finding a new office and a new doctor. I do not recommend this office.

Went there. Insured.Insurance covered my physical.I asked about my toe, not even a flashlight was shined on it.$150 was charged on itInsurance didn't cover the questionI rate 1 because of their gluttony for money.It wasn't a lot, but it's the principle.They are liars and thieves.And by they, i mean the director of the hospital who likes stealing to make a profit.I stated the facts, and I was ignored.Money talks huh.. may God judge you and you only

I had my annual Womens Wellness exam here in March 2022. Everyone was very nice at first. NP Karen Shahan was very nice however first red flag was that since I seemed like a "young, healthy woman" w/ no prev medical problems she skipped over giving me a breast exam. My exam that day went by quick and I was told that my sample for my pap would be perfect. Then my results came back insufficient. So I had to go in for a 2nd pap. It took awhile for my results to come back so I had to call, and come to find out that the wrong tube was used for my sample. It was still a pap tube but just a different kind. The lady I was speaking to that day might've been a office mgr she tried to schedule me to come in for a 3rd pap but then said that she was able to adjust the test and my results actually came back and was just never uploaded into my portal. Overall, really bad experience for a first time patient at this location. My insurance pays you to do EVERYTHING including a breast exam whether or not I am a "young healthy woman". I understand sometimes test results can come back that way but grabbing the wrong specimen bottle and then ordering the wrong test just shows the lack of care and attention to detail. I am only writing this now because I have to get my medical records transferred over to a new location.

Positive experience! Called ahead to find out available appointment times as the online schedule said the soonest one was in 4 months for a new patient. The person on the phone set up a profile for me and was able to get me in that week. The call took a long time due to a slow system but she was friendly throughout. The call time was the reason for dropping a star BUT I had a great experience once I got there. It was just a routine physical with Dr. Lisa Nguyen and blood work but all the ladies from start to finish were so friendly and helpful! Especially when I got woozy toward the end. I would go back if I needed anything else in the future!

I have been trying to get get a prescription refill for over a week. I have called 4 times to try to get this resolved and I keep getting the run around or pushed off to a different team. I am completely out of medication. They said I am a new patient because my doctor retired but I never left Baylor Scott and White and I need to see the doctor to get my prescription refilled. The earliest I could get in is April 4. They already refilled it once but won't now.

I have been going to Dr. Caudill for several years. He is easy to talk to and a straight shooter. I really like that about him. The front office staff has always been nice. I have always able to get an appointment without having to wait long. I usually get my blood work back the same day or the next at latest. I like the phone app BSW has as well.

I have been going here for 10 years. My doctor retired, and now I can’t go back because they’re ‘nit accepting new patients.’ I’m not a new patient. I’ve been seeing all of those doctors foe a decade.

my experience was terrible.... Dr Nyegen gave me a referral to plastic surgeon. when i disputed the bill they sent, (since the plastic surgeon obviously couldn't help me) they said i still owe it.... I tried to switch to another dr. And was told they aren't transferring patients. I am going back in to tell them to remove me as a patient.

Dr Lisa Nguyen is very arrogant and not friendly at all. I dont know how she became a family physician. During our physical annual visit she acted so weird..never gave us time to even ask questions as she literally spent 3 minutes with each of us. The overall environment is NOT friendly and front office staff is also very rude.Do yourself a favor and go find another family physician office that actually cares and listens to patients!

I had a simple skin infection and went in for an examination . Lisa Nguyen looks at it briefly and says ,”it’s not a ringworm.” She prescribed me Betamethasone and tells me to apply it 2 times daily . Doesn’t give me any other precautions or instructions. I used it religiously for two weeks and my condition worsened and turned into an obvious ringworm !I find out through another clinic that Betamethasone makes ringworms and anti fungal conditions worse ! I send her a message concerning my health and its spreading and I need a different more aggressive approach . She gives me a robotic response telling me I have to set another appointment . Really ? That’s your response ?!?! I send her a message and a picture of the skin condition clearly showing how it has spread and I need more intense approach including a new ointment and oral anti fungal medication. I tell her I don’t need another appointment or examination because she already examined it . I tell her I don’t need a robotic response , I need help! She then blocks me from my web portal and eliminated me as a patient ! Now I’m without a health care provider . Why ? Because I insisted on a more intense approach and stated that her original diagnosis was clearly wrong? So here it is . Lisa Nguyen can’t handle real human emotions and real human responses ! If you choose her as your doctor , you better be a perfect robot with no emotion like her ! If you step outside those boundaries, SHE WILL KICK YOU TO THE CURB! Her patients are nothing but numbers to her and paychecks for her rude obnoxious front desk helpers . Worst experience ever !!!
