We recently had an issue with our top load LG washing machine. Tyler diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to pick up the needed part and make the repair in a timely fashion. Honest and very responsive, great communication and showed up when he said he would.

I hired Tyler to fix a problem with the filter system in our Samsung. After looking things over, he simply removed the air filter. Two days later we find a large puddle of standing water on our wood floor and in the fridge. When I told him, he told me to go through Samsung to get it repaired. I would have gone through Samsung in the first place had I known he had no intention of repairing the fridge. Why would I pay him $79 to diagnosis the problem and not fix it? Tyler stated the $79 would be applied to the total of the repair, but instead he passed the buck.

We had a refrigerator that was leaking as well as a front loading Washing machine that was "walking". Tyler came when he promised and quickly resolved the Refrigerator issue and assessed the washing machine and provided some practical guidance and adjustments. He was professional, competent, and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

Tyler communicated on his timeline for arriving. Replaced old cord on dryer and hooked up washing machine. Also figured out that garage freezer wasn’t working due to faulty wall socket. Will use him again.

Tyler was absolutely amazing!!! Our ice maker was broken, we've been filling ice trays for months!!! We called him and even though his schedule was already packed, he made time to come later in the day. He was so knowledgeable that he was able to immediately identify the problem--and even better, he explained what wasn't working, how we needed to fix it, etc. The very next day, which was a Saturday, he did his other clients that he had already scheduled, then had to travel a bit to pick up our needed parts, and came out in the early evening. We never expected this, but he truly goes above and beyond!!! He was friendly, extremely informative, knowledgable, and was truly probably the best "repair man" that we have EVER encountered!! We will DEFINITELY use him again and we would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone and everyone!!! Tyler provided us an amazing experience and really blessed our family!!!
