⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service – They Saved the Day!
I cannot say enough great things about A Discount Tire and Auto Care in Wylie, TX. My Buick Envision was throwing a code, and they quickly diagnosed exactly what was needed. At first, every place they called said the part was discontinued and that I might have to find one from a junkyard. They called me at 9:00 AM with that update, but by the time I arrived at 10:30 AM, they had already located the part and had it shipped to their shop. It was delivered by 1:00 PM!
I came back at 1:30 PM, and they immediately got to work, replaced the part, and had me safely back on the road in no time. Their pricing was very reasonable, and their customer service was outstanding.
As someone from out of town who had to leave the next day for a 13-hour drive, they truly saved the day. I’m incredibly grateful for their fast action, honesty, and dedication. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer of this shop for over 10 years and have always received excellent service—until today. After noticing that my wheel lock was missing following my appointment, I returned to have the mechanics check for it. The team searched while I remained courteous and patient.
However, when I asked to speak with the manager, he was dismissive and unprofessional. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially as a long-time customer who has trusted and recommended this shop for years. If this is how they choose to treat loyal customers, particularly women, I can no longer recommend their services.

Discount Tire & Auto Care is an excellent place to get tires and routine service. They offer free tire rotations, which is a huge plus and keeps maintenance simple and affordable. Their team is friendly, efficient, and always willing to explain what’s needed without any pressure.
Another big benefit is that they can work on Teslas—something Walmart doesn’t offer—so it’s a reliable spot for EV owners too. Pricing is fair, service is quick, and the overall experience is consistently great. Highly recommend for anyone needing tires or basic auto care!

Definitely AVOID this place if you want a wheel alignment and have your steering wheel be straight.
I took my truck in for an alignment. My truck drove straight and the steering wheel was straight, but I had un even tire ware. I bought new tires and have good tie rod ends and zero steering play.
Got the alignment done, steering wheel is crooked. Went right back to them, they tried again, steering wheel still not centered, came back a third time and they said that's the best they can do.
Unacceptable. If an owner reads this and wants to make it right, contact me.

Not happy with the service I received after I paid for an alignment and a month later both front tires were damaged as if I never got one. I asked them ri fix it but I was told no warranty on it. I don’t think it was ever done! Rude service

Always a great experience! We had a tire that kept dropping pressure and went to discount twice due to warranty and looked ourselves. We couldn’t see anything. They found it in 5 second and in 5 minutes it was patched and we are on our way. Highly recommend!

Okay so my dumbass ran into a curb and knocked my alignment out so I came in there and couldn't tow. Anything had been done when I left so I went back.
Apparently there's more to it than just the alignment and there's more damage to be repaired, but the owner adjusted it as best he could and it's a lot better until I can afford to have the suspension replaced.
Great shop. I really appreciate the fact that you didn't just say hey we did it and that was it.
This is going the extra mile. This is what makes businesses successful.
