I don’t understand how anyone gives five stars to this company. The owner talks to you sweet and later you will get ripped off for sure. I talked to many of other co-packers, all said the same bad news about Waco Bottling. The Waco Bottling lab technician and his work is another scam to charge you $5000.00 for less than one hour work. Stay away from them at all cost.

BAD BAD BAD customer service.. Found this company on Google bec it would've been more convenient being in the Texas area. I Spoke to Patrick a couple of times about my company using them for our 2nd production run. He was always in a rush but I didn't think anything of it until I followed up with emails to get the process going and they(him and his team) completely did not respond after several attempts. I guess our money wasn't good enough or maybe something else.. We took our business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience! They run a clean, quality product and really help people’s concepts come to fruition. Their capabilities have expanded over the last 6 months or so also so I see potential for more products. Keep up the great work!!

Terrible customer service with little to no communication, we took our business elsewhere and would highly recommend everyone else avoid this place as well as they are perfectly okay with continuing to deliver an abysmal level of service despite what I can see are several others who have had similar experiences.

Waco Bottling Co. is the embodiment of customer service. They will do everything in their power to get your products made the right way, wherever you are at in the commercialization process. My own experience with this company has shown their excellence. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Waco Bottling produced a first run of 2 products for me. At first, all seemed well. The runs went relatively smoothly. A few months later, the trouble started. Little communication and no support. These folks cost me time, money, and a great deal of frustration. They made promises, then did not keep them. I find their practices completely unprofessional. Obviously I can only speak from my own miserable experience, but think long and hard before committing to Waco Bottling. Caveat emptor.
