My worst fear happened at this place. They damaged my F150 undercover. I even warned the employees about being careful when tightening the bolts but the manager “Candy” completely disregarded my comments. Never going back.

I got an oil change and wanted to get my truck inspected. The employee said that my motor was making a clicking sound, so he could not inspect my vehicle. They inspected it last year. I don't understand why they couldn't do the inspection.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

They can do oil just fine, don’t ask them to do any other fluids. Got them to flush and refill Coolant 6 months ago, they didn’t put enough back in, my car overheated and it was a whole thing. I’m out $700 and have yet to be refunded. Contacted them locally and on a corporate scale. My auto insurance company even tried to get money from them and they just won’t. I was out of work for 2 weeks for this too. Seems like a reasonable ask for a refund and cover of repairs expenses don’t you think?

It took more than 20 minutes to finally get a state inspection, but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
