This is a horrible place to be at, to work at , co workers have no idea of what they are doing, no body cleans anything, they are very rude about everything, no one listens or be in the appropriate uniform, always late, this place is very horrible and toxic, worst place ever

Overall I thought the daycare was clean, and the staff were friendly. My child rarely was sick while attending KRK. Biting was a major issue within the infant and toddler rooms; my daughter was bit at least 4-5 times her first week. The biting issue continued to the point were the staff would call parents to come pick up the child after their first or second bite. Several times I would see teachers not attending to the kids and separate them when they noticed a child was agitated (Ex: due to a toy being taken, or over stimulated etc.). They would sometimes sit and watch the child and once a child hit or bit another child they would then react. My child never had a biting issue prior to attending KRK. Other than the biting issues, everyone was friendly and I loved the clean space and learning environment. Staffing was sometimes an issue and changing of teachers often which is hard for some toddlers to adjust to the different teachers and routine. Properly training the staff to know how to deescalate a situation and to have better control over the toddler rooms are recommended ( some teachers were better at it than others). Overall I would recommend the daycare; as I know, no daycare is 100% perfect.

This place is very unprofessional. They were very polite when I first called and I paid $300 to be put on a waitlist. I was told that mt daughter would be able to join the summer program but my two year old would be put on a waitlist. I talked to Emily in April and was told my two year old was the first one on the waitlist. After waiting another two months I was told that my four year old is now number 4 on a waitlist and now my two year old is number 7 on the waitlist. I called again this week and was told by Mary that she does not have anything and they cannot tell me where they are on the waitlist. She had a very unprofessional tone and I'm relieved my children are not going there now. This center will pick favorites and put who they believe should be at their center.

Kids ‘R’ Kids has been an exceptional daycare for our family. They have a structured curriculum and dedicated staff that have both been impairitive to our kids growth and development. As a parent I feel my concerns are heard, and my children are truly cared for. We absolutely love it!

We recently moved to the Waco area from Indiana and were running into issues finding a Pre-K program for my son who is not fully potty-trained. We discovered Kids R Kids and decided to pursue checking them out by meeting with the enrollment coordinator, Emily. Not only were we impressed with the facility, but hearing about the open communication with the teacher and the ability to watch how our son is adapting through the available webcams was just phenomenal. My son's teacher, Miss Kiera, has done everything to accomodate a couple special needs and I absolutlely love the transparency of information we are receiving from her about my son's education and preparation for Kindergarten. She welcomes us with a smile every morning and it is evident she loves these kids like her own. After a couple of days of adjustment, my son now tells us how much fun he is having everytime we pick him up. Thank you to everyone at Kids R Kids in Woodway for making us feel welcomed and taking such great care of my son! We appreciate you!

We love KRK! We moved from another well known childcare provider in October. We were hesitant, but it was the best decision we ever made and my only regret is not doing it sooner! The staff and owners care about each kiddo and take the time to get to know each and every one of them. The curriculum is incredible and what we’ve learned in the last 4 months is amazing. I’m beyond impressed with the school and staff and could go on and on.

This is an amazing daycare! The staff is so friendly! The best part of this daycare is they have cameras. It keeps my mind at easy as well as brightens my day to watch my girl play. They have structured curriculum even for the little ones. They communicate extremely well with the procare app. They also call you immediately if any injury (even if minor) occurs. My husband and I had a good vibe when we initially visited. You can also pick up your child at anytime. We love her teachers. They are loving and kind. They know what is going on everyday and give us a general summary when we pick her up. The hours for pick up and drop off are amazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for childcare.

We do after-school care through Kids R’ Kids and absolutely love it! The teachers are well connected to the children and the overall atmosphere is safe and loving. They do stations just as they would if they were at school. They also get time to read, play outside, sing, etc. I get notified when she gets to facility and when she leaves(if someone other than me picks her up). I get to watch her on camera at least 40 minutes a day which I love! (she’s only there 2 and a half hours). My daughter gets emotional when she has to leave because she loves it so much. (She’s 7)

Our family is relatively new at Kids 'R' Kids but our experience so far has been great. The first day of dropping a kid off at daycare is super hard (at least for the parents) but getting updates through Procare throughout the day and being able to check in on the cameras whenever we wanted was so reassuring. We fully trust the staff and know that our little one is 100% taken care of. He is bringing him artwork all the time and seems to really be happy here. We also love the level of safety and security at Kids 'R' Kids. A great choice for childcare in Waco.

We decided to put our 3 year old in Kids R Kids after we noted some concerns about his verbal and social development. After the first two weeks, we saw significant changes in both his social interaction and his communication skills. We have had him at Kids R Kids for just over a month and recently we had a closure due to winter weather. My son was sad and would continue to ask “go to school.” It makes me happy to know that he enjoys his teachers and friends enough to want to go see them each day. Also, Ms. Yaileen (his teacher) works so well with him on days where he experiences big emotions. She always has a huge smile and big greeting (good morning!!) and my son loves to run right up to her for a quick hug and snuggle. Just really happy we have him at Kids R Kids.

Our daughter is 4-years old and has been at Kids ‘R’ Kids for about 5 months. We have had a wonderful experience so far! I know that caring for children can be both rewarding and taxing. It is a hard job and I'm constantly amazed at the joyful and kind disposition of the teachers, staff and admin every day. I feel like this is indicative of teachers that feel supported and cared for in their roles and teachers that genuinely love our kiddos! My daughter feels so saved and loved at Kids 'R' Kids. When she leaves each day, she initiates hugs with her teachers and even the admin and front office staff. This means so much to me. I love the technology that provides daily updates and communication but also allows us to pop in via video and check in our children. I appreciate the handouts/updates on what they will be learning and focusing on and my daughter comes home excited to tell me about what they learned about, what they played/imagined and even experiments they have engaged. The playground and splashpad facilities are top notch! I feel like the teachers are too! We are very grateful and very pleased with Kids 'R' Kids.

I was so fortunate to find this place when I sold my home in September and had to transfer my son to a different school. All of the other after school childcare centers were booked with a waiting list. I found Kids R Kids Learning Academy of Woodway online and spoke directly with Garret about an opening. He was so encouraging and positive about finding a way to get my son into his academy. They even pick my son up from the school! It's perfect and the staff are always so informative and friendly!

We have had our two sons (now 2 and 7) enrolled at Kids R Kids since March 2022, and we have been extremely happy. The center feels safe, my boys are cared for and loved, and I feel happy with my choice of preschool/after-school center.

If I could give 6 stars, I would!This place is amazing!The staff, the activities, and just the amount of knowledge my daughter has gained in just a few months is incredible.If you are thinking about childcare, Kids R Kids is definitely your best choice.

We have been very happy with Kids R Kids. Our son has been going for the past 16 months and he learns so much from his teachers. They are attentive, engaging, and always very pleasant. Overall we have really had a wonderful experience at KRK.
