As a 8 year customer and a 3 year experienced pharm tech elsewhere, this locations customer service is ???????? drive thru is rude. Young workers with no respect. What a joke. Groceries may be good, but not the pharmacy

Instacart shoppers are not stealing Covid tests. What’s going to happen if I take the test to the main checkout? Nothing. Yall are pathetic. I am not a thief and am trying to make a living. YALL CAN MAKE ACCEPTIONS
Also - you haven’t seen it be an issue because most shoppers are just going to refund it when they see the shelf empty. There isn’t a sign posted saying they’re behind the counter now. I am good at my job and make sure it’s actually unavailable.

Every time they have to call my doctor to get a prescription refilled the prescription takes days and when I called them they tell me they're still waiting for the doctor but when I called the doctor's office the doctor's office tells me they never got a request for a refill.. this happens every time without fail! Two of my prescriptions are for my heart you would think it would be priority but they don't care they just want you to do their job for them like calling the doctor for refill when they're supposed to. I hate this Pharmacy it's awful! When they finally do get my prescription filled then I have to wait in line forever just to pick it up.?

Horribly slow, regardless how many people are in line.Update, waiting an hour in the drive through, they failed to return my credit card. When I asked, the cashier told me to "check my wallet". It was not returned with the prescription. What appeared to be a supervisor came to the drive through, said he would come outside to look around my vehicle. When he did, he disappeared in front of my truck, magically found my card. In his pocket. Im

My wife and I have received consistent poor customer service from this location. It does not matter the time of day, drive through, or in store, I can count on a lengthy wait in line to obtain my prescriptions. Not only that, if they choose not to refill a prescription for any reason, they fail to call and notify that the prescription will not be filled, leaving me to believe it will be refilled as requested with no such results.

Whoever the girl was at the drive thru at 10 was rude for absolutely no reason. How was i supposed to know the system was down my bad? I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but that was just unnecessary.

Very sad to see that H-E-B does not pay attention to these reviews. It is hard to stand 11 deep in a line and watch the pharmacy staff saunter around in the back. I love HEB, but you’re better served to pick a pharmacy where the staff wants to serve the customers.
