This Dollar General is supposed to be a FedEx drop off. After a week i decided to track the package. It had not left the store yet. I tried to call and ask about it for 6 hours and received a busy signal the entire time. Stopped by the store and asked about the package and yep, it was still there. Young gentleman acted like he knew nothing about it but said he'd make sure it was picked up...that was almost another week ago and it is still sitting at the store. Thank goodness the paperwork that i was trying to send I was-able to fax after all. This is ridiculous and out right horrible customer service. I will be asking to speak to the manager next time (if there is a next time)

It's a close store for miscellaneous items you need without going too far from home. We buy their cold drink specials and cat food a lot.

Friendly staff, organized store, prices not accurate most of the time from shelf to checkout. Promotions like half off Harvest is marked, but doesn't ring up half off at all. Food discounts/promos that don't need a coupon aren't always ringing out corrwctly. I feel bad for the staff when there's a storm, they're forced to reboot their register system and it seems slow already. The line was a least 5 ppl deep the last time for like...15 mins while the registers rebooted. I wonder if their DM can get the internet issues fixed?

Except I'M SHORT IHAD TO ask Customer 's to get things down off selves for me, after YELLING AND YELLINGISN'T THERE ANYONE IN HERE WORKING ?? AND IT WAS ONLY AFTER I WENT UP TO PAY ALMOST 300$$DID I FIND ONE YOUNGLADY !!!NOT SURE WHERE SHEWAS WHEN I WAS YELLING FOR HELP CAUSE I WAS AT THEFIRST ALE TO THE LEFT NEAR THE CHIPS???????
