The kindest veterinarians, technicians, and staff. They are all truly animal lovers which is a HUGE deal to me. I've had very bad experiences in the past where other clinics just wanted tons of money without proper care. They love my two kittens with their whole heart and spend plenty of time with them to make sure they find the correct treatment. They always find a way to fit you in if you have an emergency as well! My male kitten had a fall from a tree and had hyphema on his iris, they got me in the same day and spent a significant amount of time making sure he was okay, also gave him lots of love and treats! He is always very excited to see them which speaks volumes coming from a cat! They are the best in Waco, 10/10!

1 star is even too much. I had a 10¹⁵ appointment. I told them I can pay cash when I arrive for appointment. I was then told to swing by well before 10¹⁵ so I can pay first, leave, then come back with my dog at the time of appointment. Can anyone please tell me what kind of sense that makes?? On top of that, after 10 years in the business, they should at least know ballpark prices for xrays, dentals, anesthesia, cost per tooth to pull, and antibiotics. Instead they say they cannot give any prices. Gimme a break! You feel taken advantage of before you even get there. Needless to say it sounded like a scheme to extract all the money from you they can. More interested in your money than your pet's well-being. I did not allow them to see my dog and went elsewhere. Beware of humans!

We took Rainbow in for her annual checkup and vaccines and had a great experience as always! Dr. Edwards and technician Haleigh were very patient, thorough, and sweet! They are both very personable and you feel comfortable asking them questions and talking to them. Rainbow was left to me after her first mom went to Heaven and they were able to help me figure out how to get her microchip registered to me as well, which took some extra time but they took the time to get me the info I needed so we could get Rainbow's microchip securely registered. The receptionist today was very sweet also- I didn't get her name- and Kristin and Nelda are always amazing as well.

I've had an animals for 30+ yrs and I've never been able to find a vet that actually cares. Dr folsom is the absolute best!!! The whole staff is super friendly and seem to actually like their jobs. Finding a good vet is super hard. Thanks y'all for everything you've done for my animals.

We are grateful for this place! Our dog needs Emergency care and the Vet found us an emergency host and called and let them know beforehand what our dog was dealing with. She was honest and straightforward about not being able to diagnose our Australian shepherd. She was amazing! The front staff and the veterinary technician were kind and friendly. They answered all of our questions and helped us get the right care for a dog. This is the place to have your little fur baby taken care of!

HORRIBLE! I had only been in Waco 1 week and my 13yo yorkie took a turn for the worse. On referral, I took him in for help w/end of life decision. The receptionist seemed to feel my pain, she went to speak w/Vet and told me "they don't take walk in's", then gave me a referral as my dog lay dying in my arms. I was hurt at the lack of compassion from a Vet ?. So I guess I can say.."I wouldn't take a dying dog there", literally!

I've brought my dog Rapunzel here and when I do bring her I hear the techs and the doctors get so excited just about her presence in the back while I'm in the exam room. All of the employees I've met with have been great and really patient with her, even though she's insane and likes to surprise strangers with hugs. They make sure to tell her she's a good girl when they give her shots and they explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She was having a lot of trouble gaining weight, and the first food the vet recommended helped her gain ten pounds and get her to a healthy weight. I love this vet and I don't see myself bringing her anywhere else

We love Crossroads Animal Clinic! We have taken our pups there for years and always have a positive experience. The staff and vets are very caring and take good care of our fur babies!
