Love the people at this bank, very friendly, every time their system tells me to change my password for my login I change it I’m able to get in one time if I close the app and try to get back in it logged me out it doesn’t recognize the old password it doesn’t recognize the new password and I always have to call customer service again and have them reset it again it’s getting pretty old might be time to change banks. Also, I just I have change my name with them because I got married above. It shows my maiden name when I know darn good and well they have my Married name on file. Also, we have a business account with them. I have tried four or five times to get them to resend me the business bank card with my married name on it every single time they still send it with my maiden name and they have all the documentation to change that and make it right and they still haven’t done it, my personal card has my married name but not the business card makes no sense to me why that is so hard to get right. Not a very happy camper with them right now.

The Staff and in particular VP Ms. Jamie Goble gave me excellent professional service. Ms. Goble was able to explain matters in a clear and straight forward fashion consistently and often went above and beyond to make sure l was aware of all the developments related to my affairs. They were polite,prompt and l highly recommend them.
