Do not use this storage company because they are predatory in their renting policies. They raise their rates constantly and don’t take notes or concerns of tenants about canceling, next month then say you have a balance; after you paid the previous month and cleared/cleaned unit. The telemarket agent will then threaten a report to the credit bureau. If your a month to month with no contract then I’m am not obligated to stay. The storage facilities also don’t stay clean collecting tons of debris that you’ll as a tenant are responsible for cleaning “ unnecessary dirt/leaves/trash you didn’t bring”
I’ve had no issues with the unit, what I’ve had issues with is Sparebox playing Mickey Mouse games. It was said I would pay so I can clean the unit and don’t bill me for the next month, I’m done, stop, and you say I didn’t give notification.

Damoi was wonderful. Very helpful and most pleasant. I would have given him a 10 star. I hated to move out but I lost my job and no longer can afford the increases each year. I hated to leave but it is what it is. It is clean as you can see. I would have mopped the unit but no water.

Just completed processing a rental unit with SpareBox. It was a very smooth process. The representative, Reneice, was very knowledgeable and very patient with me; and she is exceptionally polite-an excellent representative for SpareBox!!

Petrona was very helpful & answered all my transferring to bigger unit questions patiently! The facility is clean & the upstairs has lights that are motion sensors that you have to activate if you are in your unit for over 15 min.Downstairs is a bit more expensive but has timers that you can make lights stay in for 30 minutes.

Shanice was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you so much.Update: Shanice gets five stars. Share box gets one. We’re trying our best to get everything cleared out for a few months now. Salvation Army took away what they could resell and we hired someone to pick up just a couple items left over, then we would sweep it out The bill is paid until 12:01 am.. why do we get a message threatening that our account is still open and will be charged for what was left? Who told you to go into the unit? No one. You have trash lying all around that building inside and out EVERY time Ive been there. You have leaks. There’s bugs . And you’re harassing me over a unit that’s still mine? Use some common sense. The unit is completely cleaned out and swept. Change your ways and clean up your facility.
