I have been using them for several years and now there is a lady that is super rude. Before her, I never had issues. I won’t use them anymore.

I rarely give negative reviews and I hate giving this place a negative review because it used to be my home pharmacy. Miss Annette is sweet as can be but whoever this Nancy lady is; is super rude. It’s like she enjoys being ugly to people. I don’t know how anyone keeps going here after dealing with her. I was literally there to pick up my antidepressants and anti anxiety medicine and she made me so upset I was crying in the parking lot. If you have an issue with people when you’re having a bad day… find a different job Nancy.

Blonde lady named Nancy is rude for no reason. I would never recommend this place.

First, Tyler county has a very high drug seeking population. Completely understand the need to have ID to pickup prescription narcotics. What does infuriate me is the cashier telling me that without ID , then changed it to picture ID that is valid can not be expired in order to get meds prescribed following surgery and up against a holiday weekend makes no sense! My "adult" son 6 days past his 18th birthday had an expired photo ID only had his temporary license without a photo. Told me it did not matter he was not getting his meds and my speaking with the pharmacist wouldn't change anything. After giving her my sons phone with his renewal the pharmacist finally stepped in and sold us the meds. I handed my ID over to prove if he wanted to write my license down as well I did not care. My family only used this place for our pharmacy trying to shop local. Guess once again I will never send meds there nor recommend them to anyone else!

They aren't in the 21st century. Don't even have a fax listed on medicine bottles to give to doctors or answering machine, even Doctors can't call in a drug. If they weren't on my Medicare preferred pharmacy I WOULD NOT USE. Don't let you know you have a problem with a drug or even if you have any to pick up. They could set it to automatically text or email when one is ready and call if there is a problem with one. I hate I have to use them. Dogwood Pharmacy was a hometown pharmacy and great and tried helping with everything, it was a sad day when they closed leaving either Walmart or Dogwood. You would also think they would worry about their Customers but no they stay closed because of a little bad weather. Customer's health problems don't go away. People everywhere else managed to be at work even though their line of work wasn't necessarily life and death like a prescription could mean for someone even one day without.

These folks make a pharmacy visit pleasant. Great attitudes and an honest desire to fill your needs. I'll definitely be a return shopper! I love a good hometown small business like this one! Shop local!
