It took about five months before I write this review. We thought to give them a chance to make things right. My brother-in-law paid the company $300 to fill the tank. It took them two months to go to the house in Woodville to fill it, unbelievable! The tech Enrique charged my sister $250 to check the pipe but he definitely didn't do anything on it as it turned out leaking gas now after 5 months. he now told us it needs a new valve and a new tank. Our tenants have no gas to cook or bathe for over two weeks. I called and texted Enrique to fix the pipe and fill the tank as all gas had leaked out. For two weeks, he has never done anything but only kept telling us tomorrow tomorrow. We are so disappointed their service. It has affected our relationship with our tenants as they thought we didn't want to pay anyone to take care of things and it affected our tenants' lives as it is inconvenient.

Do not use Shaw Propane!! Unreliable and not truthful! Horrible service!! Would give a ZERO star if possible. Had an appointment for them to come. Waited and waited. Called 7 times and left messages. Receptionist finally answered and told me on 2 separate occasions she would have someone call me back. No one called. After several hours, called them again and talked to the service person who was supposed to come. He promised me he would show up today, and would call me if he couldn't make it. He never called and never showed up.

Mrs. Diane is one the most kind hearted women I have ever met. She speaks from the heart. These people are trustworthy and more than generous. I would recommend them over any other propane company. Thank you Mrs. Diane. From Eric with the 3 girls and no boys.

I did business with Shaw in Woodville yesterday & I have to say I am highly impressed! We were out of propane in our tank & they came out the same day I called. Very friendly people. I usually get propane elsewhere but they didn’t want to come out until next week. I will be using Shaw from now on. The lady Dianne in the office is very sweet & friendly. The guy Cimone that delivered was great! I got behind him on my way to town after he left my house he’s a safe driver!
