Ms Katrina is the first person that ever cut my hair and I loved it! Mind you, I'm a 68yr old Gamma who is very picky about my hair bc it's fine and shows any imferfection! Katrina is my hair dresser for LIFE ?

My mother has been going to Katrina for over 20 years. I took her october 16 to get her hair cut and a perm. After waiting 2 days to wash her hair it was straight again. I called to see if she could do something about it, after all , my mom paid $75 for her perm. She said to come back up there but she can't put a perm on a perm. My mom got sick so she called today to reschedule and appointment and she said all she would be able to do is trim it...you can't put a perm on a perm. I googled it and it says to wait 1-2 weeks then you can do another perm. That tells me she just doesn't want to fix the problem. Needless to say I will be finding my mom another hairdresser.

Got my haircut here a few places never did cut it exactly the way I wanted it cut but I took my lady friend there was some reason I went there and Nashville except those charged.

She was kind enough to work me in after everything being shut down, but I never wanted my hair cut so very very short. I put my glasses and saw how it was severely cut and was so disappointed. What could I do? Most stylists I've gone to here in Woodville have done the same.
