This PNC bank is one of the best banks I’ve gone to. There is nothing better than a small town bank that treats you like family and make sure all your banking needs are met. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been banking here for over a year now and have zero complaints as a card user of this bank. The app is very user friendly, has Zelle integrated into the app, and has many other mobile banking features. I would recommend this bank to anyone that needs a banking account. They also offer different type of banking accounts that may be more suitable for you. Thank you PNC for taking care of me!

If I could give less than one star I would. This bank is horrible. The staff are rude. Not helpful at all. I ordered a debit card and the lady sat there and told me it would be on the way & I'd receive it in a week or so. Well I never did. Went to another location & the lady at that bank told me that a debit card had never been ordered for me. She pulled my account information up on computer & said that they never ordered. So basically the lady at the Woodville branch lied to me. Very unprofessional. I guess she was being lazy. The ATM is ALWAYS down. Never works which is a huge inconvenience. I've been to other banks & I have never ever had issues with their ATM being down but the ATM in Woodville is always down & instead of them putting a sign on it saying out of order you end up putting your card in and trying to use it only to realize that it's not working. What a waste of time.

The branch manager is very ugly. She seems to throw her weight around because she is the manager.and thinks she's better than or above others. Will be switching banks to more perfessional people. That want your business and treat you as equal
