Normally they have what I need, everyone is friendly enough but many times I get something just because it's on sale or b1g1 and it doesn't ring up the clearance price at the register but the app shows the discount.

I go to this place because of my client when it comes to cat food and tide. The older lady today was rude and disrespectful. It's like she didn't want to be at work. This is the third time I have witness and have received bad customer service. I believe she is an alcoholic I have smelled liquor on her and how her attitude changes. Oneminute she smiling and speaking to some and the next minute she grabbingyour stuff and throwing in the bag like she gets a bad attitude.

The staff is so extremely helpful and friendly! I always go here before battling the hassle of Walmart if I need something in a hurry!

I've been going there for quite a few years but after today, I won't be back. The older white lady is so rude. She acts like she doesn't want to be there so my advice, she shouldn't be. The other employees are very friendly but since the remodel, they never have anything stocked. The freezers are mostly empty and I haven't seen any milk in there since the remodel. I understand they moved shelves around but they need to clean the floor where they were and if they can't get the stains out then replace the tile. It looks nasty. The other thing is, their prices have gone up way too much. I realize they've gone up everywhere but for a "Dollar" store, they are out of sight. The one other thing that irks me to no end is there will be a price for something but when you get to the checkout they charge you more. If you go back and check, the price you saw isn't for what you bought. Things are not in the right places according to the price. I usually watch that but I have been in a hurry the last two times. I'm sure it's a mistake but it makes me feel like they are dishonest. Stock the shelves properly. I won't be back. I'd rather drive into Lubbock.
