Prices good, quick turnaround for processing. However, missing items on cut sheet (organs), and the sausage lacked flavor and casing for sausage is too tough to chew. Recommend not paying extra for German sausage.

I have purchased meat at All Hales for years. I will never buy meat at a grocery store again. Customer service is great!

We have used them in the past for processing, but recently found their pickle jerky in a tea 2 go. It’s honestly the best jerky I’ve had in a long time. Went in to buy more and came out with ribeyes, chicken thighs, bacon, and few more things. The ribeyes were personally one of the best “store” bought steaks I’ve bought. They were tender and well marbled. Today I made a dish with the thighs and bacon. Again super impressed. It was all reasonably priced and I don’t think I’ll be buying meat from the grocery stores again

I asked him to course grind some chuck for me into chili meat, he says they're pretty big 5 to 7 pounds for a chuck. I say better make it two of them then. :-) Was very good made for some great chili, my recipe made it great HaHa. Ribeye is very good, perfect marbling not too much, better steak than you'll ever get at any of those fancy steak houses. My only negative experience so far is recently I bought dome of the frozen chili meat instead of buying a chuck and having it ground. Prepackaged I've learned has a lot of brisket fat added to it, not as good quality meat as chuck a lot of clean tallow after frying the meat. From now on I'll have fresh chuck ground and not buy the packaged.

Stopped in to restock RV freezer while traveling and so glad I found All Hale Meats. Great customer service and even better products. I seek out local butchers because I am discussed by the low quality, overpriced, watered down meats that most grocery stores sell. 17 states in the last 7 months and probably a dozen butcher shops finding good quality and prices. All Hale Meats now ranks at the top of my list. Their black pepper bacon is absolutely incredible. The burger is fresh and delicious. Home style sausage like I grew up on 40 years ago. Absolutely recommend them!

In the Lubbock area, you don't need to look very hard to locate an A+++ butcher shop with terrific service. It's in Wolfforth. It's ALL HALE MEATS. These guys are an IQ-HIGH when it comes to types and cuts of meat; even bones that'll sure please Rover!

Superior product versus anything I’ve bought in town, out of the last 4 pounds of ground beef I’ve gotten there’s been no gristle. It’s delicious and lean 10 out of 10 would recommend.
