Have had several great experiences with Kraatz Plumbing. They have crawled around in some pretty gross crawl spaces with no complaints....found leaks and problems that other plumbing companies have repeatedly missed, and gone above and beyond to make sure that my rental houses will have hot water and working fixtures well into the future.

First off… answering machine stated to leave message and/ or call his cell phone - I did both. He returned my call and texts. We discussed our needs and made arrangements to meet and look at the project.He understood the needs of the customer. Although a small job, he and his helper Jessie didn’t make a fuss about the “smallish” crawl space, ran the lines and installed all the fittings… didn’t fuss over the customer supplied parts.Install went well, everything works.(BTW, still waiting on original to return phone call - from a much bigger company…!)Would use him again.Thanks Denny!

This man is down right rude and has no ability to follow directions about meeting or the common sense to show customer service skills when meeting with a possible new customer. Refused to hire him and recommend others to not hire either!!!
