It’s nice, but too many fees. I’m there to have an adult good time and at the end I see all these fees, feed, fees.

A really cool spot with a ton of awesome amenities and great staff and management that really takes care of you. Wish it was a little closer to Tyler but that's because I was there for work in Tyler. It's actually kind of nice that it's a little outside of town, especially if your goal is to get away for a while.

We have stayed out here for a few months and it is one of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed. The staff is friendly everything is clean laundry room is close. They have a great recreation room, and arcade an Exercise room, an ice cream bar a bar. I wish I could stay out here, but I know the busy season is about to start.

First off, id like to point out you shouldn’t bring your kids here unless you want them the see the staff hiding out and smoking mary jane. The management staff was absolutely horrid, from the lead manager to the maintenance manager (who my kid saw smoking and ran to tell me). The smell is rancid, whether they can help it or not. The food has went down since a young man named Conner left. He treated out family like his own. His brother would check in on us while doing security around the pool and grabbing trash as well. My biggest issue was all the little charges they add on the credit card for what they feel is normal. Other than those two employees, the rest are below par at best. Be careful here and don’t let your kids wander off too far

They want full payment up front.Their cancellation policy is ridiculous and I wouldn’t stay here.We canceled 51 days in advance and they will not refund our FULL payment which was required for reserving.DO NOT SUPPORT THESE THIEVES

Beware. Although it does not state on website nor was there any communication that the pool is closed for the season. We can not cancel and get money back since we are out of the time period. Not much to do without the pool. Front desk was apologetic and nice...not her fault too bad she gets the brunt of upset guests.

Labor Day weekend visit to this facility, with our first visit during the July 4th weekend. When comparing this trip to the first, the second trip seemed they didn't have enough staff to attend to the customers at the park. We arrived mid-week, sharing the park with 5 other families; it was a different experience compared to the July trip. The pool was dirty all four days, with the guest cleaning the pool. There was no staff working the restaurant, ice cream, and coffee bar. It seemed like a ghost town.I brag about this resort to everyone because it can be lots of fun, plus they have an on-site RV's you can rent. I will continue to keep Stillwater RV on my top 10 list and marking the Labor Day trip to the honeymoon curve and growing pains.

If I could give 0 starts I would. Horribly understaffed especially for an holiday weekend and staff quitting on the spot. Our waitress told us she quit and they begged her to come back. The managers dont know how to help out lower staff and yell at them In front of customers. Don’t get the reserved spots with a cabana and order with that waitress you will be waiting over an hour to get that drink instead of going inside and getting it yourself. The lazy river is way underpowered. To move around it you have to walk. The park was clean. They have nice activities for kids but they need to work on their customer service in the bar/ restaurant area.Food & drinks: Drinks were strong but over priced. A bucket of dos xxx was 20 dollars for 5 beers

We recently stayed at the resort for the second time. The first time was a year ago and it was just opening so they had some issues, as was to be expected. Recently, though, we tried again and we had a less than stellar experience. Firstly, they did not have the Wibit open, and as we had two 10 year olds with us, this left them with essentially nothing to occupy their time. The kids' pool is just that, for little kids and the adult pool is for 21 and over. So if the Wibit is not open, kids between ages 6-21 have nothing to do. Then the service in the restaurant was sorely lacking, the adult pool bar was severely understaffed and no one seems to be able to run the computer system. If you are grandparents taking your toddler grandkids, or a young couple with little ones, this place is for you. If you have tweens or teens, there are other places with more amenities for those ages. That said, once they did open the Wibit, my sons loved it. Just be sure to call ahead to check that it will be open.

We had an amazing time at Stillwater RV resort this weekend. We brought our own rv and had site 151 which looks out on the little pond with the WI it which was fun for getting to watch kids and adults alike playing on. Our view made it feel like we could just step out the door and enjoy the amenities but we were also far enough away we could really relax without much outside noise. The lazy river truly is lazy, but it's still really pleasant to go around on the floats while enjoying a cold Pina colada. There is a kids pool and splash pad which appeared very clean. The adults only pool with swim up bar is where we spent most of our time just chilling at the in-pool stone tables enjoying hand crafted cocktails. The drinks were REALLY good. Yes, you pay like its a resort, come ready for that, but we felt it was truly worth the experience. Everyone was friendly as well. Friday night they had karaoke and dancing in the club house where we met some amazing people and had a blast line dancing and singing. Saturday night they had a live band outside the club house and they were quite enjoyable. The food felt worth it as well. We had pizza and burgers, the burgers were big and juicy and full of flavor with a side of well made fries. The clubhouse is very well kept with a fitness room game room, restrooms, gift shop (it is quite small), and seating area with a TV. Before it got dark each night we played pickleball on the little court they have. When you're ready to shower for the day they have GREAT bathrooms with air conditioning. The showers are full walk-in rooms with doors that can lock. The water gets really hot if you need it and water pressure was just right. The restrooms were very clean and well kept. There's also a laundry area in there with nice machines. The staff were a bit overwhelmed every once in a while but always had a smile on their faces and offered the best service they could as quickly as they could. In the morning you can go get a really nice coffee, I enjoyed the caramel macchiato blended. They also have an icecream bar where you get the coffee, so if you're needing to cool off during the day you can grab yourself a cone! The ONLY downside i experienced the whole trip was the breakfast sandwich, it was too cheap-y compared to everything I had. Over all this resort is awesome for families and honestly the perfect get away for adults. We are excited to go back!Nearby activities: All activities are just feet away from where you camp
