There is this this rude lady working there
one day I told her that my mail was missing and she told me if didn’t have a tracking number that they couldn’t do nothing about it with a laughing grin on her face
Found out that the post office returned it back without a reason P.O. Box # and name was right !! Unprofessional and disrespectful

My package got returned to sender because these people don't know how to put the package in the address its supposed to be delivered too. tired of going through this frustrating process with winnie and High Island Post Masters. They both suck. incompetent people.

If I could give it a negative rating I would... they need some serious training at this pace wow. They always try over charge me for packages. I have to take them to Stowell to get them shipped out and priced correctly. The one lady who works the counter has got the worst customer service skills I've ever seen.

This has to be the worst Post Office anywhere. Rudest people in there. Don't order anything to be delivered, because they are notorious for returning packages to sender, then you have to re-ore=der and pay postage. We are doing them a service by renting their boxes and buying stamps from them. They act like they're doing us a service----NOT!

I moved to Winnie, not knowing that we live on a side of town that can’t have a mail box on our street. I order packages that keep showing delivered. When I talk to the rude lady in the front she tells me to get my money back from the seller. Today she says the same thing, and gets the post master, which is helpful she says it’s a problem within the post office and she needs to be aware of the problem, while she is able to find my packages that I was previously was told it was put in my P.O. Box get your money back. Post master tries to be helpful, but her employees lack everything. I will be switching post offices which I’m sure is going to complicate things bc it will be in another town. This has been going on since before Imelda flooded the surrounding post offices and they have to use the Winnie post office.

Looking at past reviews, I see that I am not the only one who had a rude woman behind counter. She decided to stand way off in the corner to talk to me and talked to me like I was wasting her time. I will never have a package sent through USPS again. She showed no concern or didn't even attempt to assist me. I will be contacting a supervisor!!! She needs to go work at McDonald's

I no longer live at the address where my package was being delivered to. Well I was told to come back the next day to pick up my package, so i did. I saw the delivery lady loading up packages into her car, went inside to try to get it and the lady behind the counter said she already left with the package, but the delivery lady was still parked in the back... never left, was never able to get my package
