I'd steer clear of using the service department. The fact that we had to drive back and forth to the shop and home because our mower was not fixed is pretty frustrating. Napa/the service department had our mower for almost a month, ordering parts and waiting... I am not sure if they did anything at all but replace parts that didn't need to get replaced; the mower has the same issue and doesn't work. I'm sad that local shops can't be transparent and just say they can't do the job right.
