Friendly staff, very accommodating. Fresh smelling, pleasant room. A bit small for two people. Nice free breakfast.
Rooms: Clean room.
Nearby activities: Birds galore just minutes away. Smith Oaks Sanctuary, Anahuac, and much more.

I was impressed with this hotel. It was conveniently located and easy to get to off I-10. The room was clean and larger than I expected. The front desk workers were very friendly and gave us some good advice about our trip to Galveston. Breakfast was delicious. The price for staying the night was excellent, especially for a weekend night. Would definitely stay again if passing though Winnie.
Noteworthy details: If headed towards Galveston from the east, this was an excellent place to stay. It gives you the option of traveling on to Galveston by I-10 or driving down the old way and taking the ferry. The ferry route cuts a bit of milage off the trip and it way more scenic of a route

Was a lot better than I anticipated. The front clerk is on her a game. Her welcome spill was perfect. Covered all aspects of our stay b4 we could ask a question. We would stay here again

This Comfort Inn was exactly what we needed for our visit to the Bolivar Peninsula. As others have mentioned, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The rooms were a bit dark, but the beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. The breakfast featured fairly standard hotel breakfast food, but we found the eggs fresh and hot when we came down for breakfast. Along with coffee, there was also hot water for tea. We didn't use the pool, but it looked in good condition and was used by others while we there.
During our stay, we had to leave a couple of days early. Even though they ask you to pre-pay at check in, there was no issue with checking out early. The woman at the front desk was courteous and polite and the refund arrived promptly -- as promised. We would definitely stay here again.

Over night lady was asleep mad when i woke her up. On our way back home from Florida and not very helpful to get a room. Rolled her eyes for asking questions. Go next door to hampton inn.

The attention is very good, the bedrooms are very clean, comfortable, the shower is super!!! The only thing I feel is in the samples they put of the shampoo and so on , the size is too small, but other than that recommended

I love their beds. Rooms are a little run down and need updating, but bed is comfy. TV is set down too low to watch from the bed. Also bed seemed to be unlevel.

Carol Nguyen checked us in and was very helpful. She really went over and above meeting our needs. Very nice hotel. Very clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was good. Checkout was fast. We stayed in 9/30 -10/2 in 104.
