Have been shopping for many years at this location. Will not do so again. WORST customer service EVER experienced in any shoe location. Two girls at desk chatting and not even looking up at customers as they came through the door. Had to raise my voice and then finally whistle at them just to ask where I might sit down to try on the shoes I had picked out. They glared at me. Picked out 4 pairs. Only purchased two just to get out of there. Understand it is an outlet but at $75.00 a pop! a little customer service would go a long way!! Please don’t apologize and then allow poor behavior to continue.

Once again, I come in THIS store, no acknowledgement or customer service friendly or any greeting for that matter. One associate even walked from the back of the store to the front around me, watching but never said ANYTHING! I officially have learned customer service is NEVER a priority with employees in THIS store. I used to always come shop here, but for some reason, the young, the people that they hire here lately are very pretentious and rude. All they do is gossip about the people that come in to shop there. And they're more interested in each other's conversation and what they've done the night before and have planned after work than they are in helping people shop. Somebody needs to seriously take a look at the customer service team and staff in this store, take a look at their hiring process and make some serious changes. I will not be back!

The service at this store is outstanding, people will go out of their way to help you , but also will give the time and space for you to try out different styles without harassing you .. , sketchers is one of my favorite brands and I got two pairs of really high quality shoes for less than 100 dollars .These shoes will last you for years , I have had another pair for almost 3 years now and they’re still in pretty good shape .

Very nice and helpful staff, the lady helping me double checked in the back for my size in the shoe model I wanted that was on clearance. Normally all the shoes are out on the floor. Could not remember her name but said on receipt Associate 132264.

I went into the Fourwinds location today to return an online purchase. The young lady that assisted me, Mya, was extremely helpful and pleasant. She helped me find what I needed and called another location to order the right shoes for me.

Thank you to Mia, the young lady behind the counter! She asked about the shoes my daughter was buying, work shoes, and checked if my daughter's job was in contract with Skechers and it WAS! Saved me some money and she informed us of sales in reference to other things we were buying! She is an EXCELLENT salesperson and a wonderful representative of your brand!?

I've been going to Skechers for years getting my work shoes and I'm always I've always got a 30% discount with AAA or some other discount but now the new people today act like they can't find nothing in the book and I don't have no discounts to get so for the first time I walked out of Skechers without any shoes shoes and my work shoes
