good afternoon I was having phone issues and I tried several outlet to solve the issue without any success so I stop by south park mall and met this young lady name grace who went out her way to provided me excellent customer service and solved this now I'm a very happy satisfied customer metro by tmobile is blessed to have this professional represent them props to Grace she made my day
