I've been going to this place for about 2yrs and have been happy with there services. But when I went yesterday for a fill and new design which I showed the lady she filed down my previous nails. As she is doing this my finger slips and she slices the top of my middle finger. but then started to do fill with still previous (yellow) color underneath.
She then started to talk to another lady and I told her what I wanted and what she wanted to do and what she did and she had me sit in her chair and she finished but while doing them she kept hurting my finger she then put cotton underneath which didn't help cuz while she was filing it down it grabbed the cotton and fuked my finger up more that I yanked it and started to cry. I had her finish them because I was not about to go elsewhere and pay. So she finished and she expected me to pay 55. Then called to owner the guy and said this never happens I still had to pay
I said I'm not paying neither apologized and mayed me cry. I walked out!! They stayed yelling

The worst experience and worst nails I've ever had done . The lady with the short red hair should stop doing nails. Customer service was terrible when I showed them what was wrong with my nails they tried saying that it looked fine it wasn't until I started shouting at them did they fix it now after reading all these reviews I see that this is just how they do business.

I recently visited a nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the service. The nail technicians were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and they made me feel uncomfortable throughout the entire experience. To make matters worse, they were talking about me in a negative way while I was sitting right in front of them. As someone who doesn't get a chance to pamper themselves often, it was especially hurtful to be treated this way. It made me feel like I wasn't worth it. When I walked out of the salon, I felt worse than when I walked in. Since that experience, I have not felt comfortable going to get my nails done again. I feel traumatized and afraid that I will go through the same thing that I went through. The nail technicians were so unprofessional that they made me feel like I was wasting my time and money. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, and I will never be returning. Save your money and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect.

its not bad its just i dont think the lady reqlly knew what she was doing. i get maybe my reference photo was a little more of a complex design, but if it was roo complicated that shouldve been expressed in the beginning. not to mention some nails are crooked and the shape is a little messy. my cousin got hers done as well and the man completely messed it up. shape, color, dip, none of it came out the way it shouldve been. edit- after further and detailed look its bad. my cousins nails are ass. dont go here bruh worst nails ever.

Went in for the first time. Called first to confirm what time they closed. They said 7:30. Got there around 6:15. No one was at the front desk, i told them i wanted to get a set and the guy, just looked up from the nail station and said no time, no time. I just walked out. Will definitely not even bother trying to go back. Found another nail salon with better customer service and i love my nails!

If I could give this place a zero I would first off I got my nails done on Thursday it is now Saturday and my nail has already broken off because how thin of an acrylic he put on my nails second I’ve called their phone more then ten times and everytime I’ve been sent to voicemail if you want your nails done then I would highly discourage you from getting them done at this place
