Went to this location today around 11:30AM trying to get assistance with my phone and the storage issues I've been running into. When I went in and asked the young man that was there, he was not helpful at all, he didn't even look at my storage analysis prompt to try and help me. Absolutely useless. No customer service whatsoever.
I was super surprised, this location has always been so helpful in the past years.

Highly recommend for phone repairs! Fixed my phone in just a few hours, and the employees were very helpful,and the service was amazing. I will be coming back again if I need repairs

When and got such a deal Thomas and Deonte y'all need to see these guys awesome service made me and my husband feel very welcome not to mention my kids too went to the other store by Walmart those girls didn't even let us know they saw us sitting there 20mins not even hey be right with you poor customer service there but the boys are awesome ??

I came to pay for my phone, at 11am and the employee said, card or cash, I answered cash and he told me that he didn't have any change, I should go to the store that is in Walmart, I told him I'll pay you part of it with cash. and the rest with a card and he tells me no, because the system does not allow them, I answer that I have entered stores, I have done it, he tells me that it is not possible and in a rude way, I should go to another store, if they are simply not interested in doing their job, it is better for them to stay at home
