I had a very horrible experience I was talked to very badly.I asked for needle and thread and I was asked for what and I said my hair .The woman then said yeah duh what size I was taken back .I told her I didn’t really know size and she just put this yellowish gold wrapper on counter . PLEASE NEVER EVER GO HERE. They don’t have experience or knowledge about any of the products and expect everyone that goes in to know about each product

NEVER USE YOUR CARD HERE! ??I was shopping in the front of store for makeup and I witnessed a man (I believe was the owner) take a picture of a customer’s credit card and tell her the machine was down. Then when she left the employee asked if he wanted a sign up saying it’s broke. He murmured to employee the reader is fine and that the woman stole a pair of earrings “last time she was in store” so they have to charge her for it. I put my stuff down and walked right out. Besides that the store isn't bad but if you shop here please be smart & make sure to use cash.Bless,Missy M

Customer service poor, products poor quality, and not a variety of items. The location is high crime area...be careful. The owner would not let me touch or see the wig I was interested in buying. The wig I brought lasted less the one day. Might as well buy a mop. Poor poor quality

This place has too many rude employees they don't greet you. I would give no stars if possible. They need new management and a completely new staff who is friendly and intelligent.

Zero stars. Do not go here. On Friday, 12/17/21 around noon time, a man who worked here (manager) called my mom the b-word. In addition- the female attendant who worked there yesterday was incredibly rude as well. My mom has difficulty walking and the attendant gave my mom attitude when she asked for more than 1 wig to try on, then gave her attitude when she asked if she could try them on at the area in another part of the store with a chair and a mirror- as she was standing, and cannot stand for long, then same attendant (female) gave her attitude because that meant she (attendant) had to walk the wigs back to the sytrofoam displays. The manager come over (a male) and told my mom that my mom had to walk all the wigs back to the far counter, that the person who worked there couldn't. My mom can't walk that far, so she got up to leave and as she exited the man called her the b-word, under his breath but definitely within earshot. It is unconscionable that two people working in a store can be so unkind to another person in particular and elderly frail person. This will be formally reported.

Outstanding customer service.. My hair was over processed which of course resulted in losing a lot of hair.. The lady that helped me was very thoughtful during the visit. Never thought I would lose so much hair & actually could find a wig. Happy with my new look. Great experience. Highly recommended!!

I have to agree with Frankie S. about this establishment. The women of color, to be politically correct, are rude and good for nothing but being on their cell phones! Unless you get paid for being on your cell phone, why do you bother showing up for "work"?? I, as well, took my business to Daily Beauty!

I like magic Beauty Supplies wigs they have the best and nicest wigs in San Antonio. They can use a little help in the customer service area but they have gotten better over the years. If they can keep the girls from congregating and getting on their phones and ignoring maybe they could help paying customers better. When you are buying wigs and they are not cheap, on the regular, it would be nice to have better customer service.I have lived in San Antonio for over 30 years and have seen them all they have gotten better over the years I tell you the beauty supply shops here used to be horrible when it came to customer service. The product doesn't matter so much as the customer service does, they basically have the same things but as I said magic has the best wigs and if I don't buy it there I can order it for even cheaper when I buy one I keep the label and just Google the wig or go to the website on the label Wallah, I'd get that same wig! I used to just do that because at least customer service didn't suck that way. Keep on working on your customer service and I can give 5 Stars One Day. ?

Wigs and hair pieces for rows and rows!This place is so clean and organized, not to mention has wonderful products! The woman who helped me with my wigs was fairly kind and helpful as well on my first time here.Definitely would recommend this place and will be back again!
