Scheduling was quick and easy.. David showed up right on time and was able to assess our termite problem. He took time to answer all my questions (I had a lot) and went over options they offered. Their pricing was fair but the piece of mind knowing our problem was treating promptly is priceless. Will definitely refer other business to them!

I think the technician did a good job around my house. I had pointed out that the ant infestation was on my roof, but he didn't go on onto the roof. He offered to treat the inside of my home, which I declined. I'll probably use them again because my ant problem disappeared at a very affordable price.

Got tailgated (while in the right lane) the whole way down wurzbach by one of their drivers. Then when traffic cleared he sped around me up to i10 frontage rd. weaving through traffic. Don’t really need a pest service but if I ever do it won’t be these guys. No need to risk other people’s safety I’m sure there are plenty others.

Dean is great! He was fast in correspondence, was able to the job the same day, and was very thorough in communication. We had already moved from our home when he sprayed and called when he got to the property and left. We've had friends check on our house and we are pest free! Highly recommend him.

We have used Richard's team for years. Recently we learned our neighbor's had termites. We contacted Lone Star to learn about our options. The solution provided was better than solutions our neighbors suggested. In fact, we learned of several pitfalls that our neighbors might encounter (beyond higher cost over the long term). When the work was completed it was done timely and with professionalism. The team had to go into the neighbors lot as we are on a zero lot line.They treated the neighbors lot with the utmost care.
