“We went to upgrade my husband's phone. He knew exactly which one he wanted and our sales rep Patricia was so great! She got the phone, which happened tp be the last one, and got us in and out of there pretty quick. We had our 11 month old baby with us too and she was so understanding of baby.

“We have had nothing but good experiences with the Provider. The only negative has been loss of service for 12 hours one day. That however effected large sections of the town, not just our account. No hold times for Customer service and very polite and friendly employees.”

He was able to provide us with great rates on a bundle package and made sure we received our military discounts. Miguel was very professional, efficient and patient with us the entire time. He was very open to conversation with us while he was setting up our phones and getting our internet box setup. Overall he made it a great experience the entire time. “This Verizon location needs 5 stars and then some. Travis, the store manager, is a rockstar! He rapidly greeted my father and me with a big smile and a "can-do" attitude the second we walked in! The store was very busy so there was a short wait. However, the wait was well worth the exemplary service we ended up getting from Travis. Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable...above and beyond!
