i had came july 14, and i had a pretty good experience. i got my hair cut short so it was hard to notice at first, but after about a week i noticed that one side of my hair was cut shorter than the other despite what i had asked for. i’m kinda disappointed about it because i really enjoyed chatting with the staff and felt really welcomed, but it’s upsetting to get a lopsided cut. appearance is a big part of my job, so my hair looking good is important to me. other than that, the staff were really sweet and nice to talk to. i felt like they took their time instead of rushing me and were really gentle with my sensitive skin, and very understanding of my autism needs.

No wait list, manager or whoever just sands around not helping while her and her boyfriend chill. The girl Rosie Posie just keeps stopping while cutting hair to talk and start giggling with other staff. And I told her to take an inch off and she took like 2 1/2 off. I won't be coming back here!!!

I called in advance to make sure there was someone there that could do a basic inverted bob, and she said she could. The customer service was great, but she was not listening to anything I said, and I showed her the picture three times. They are good for simple guy cuts, but the worst for female haircuts unless you want a boy haircut. My hair was cut 3 inches too short in the front there is no inverted at all. The only thing that was done was the backside was brought up but as far as the front and sides, it’s uneven right side shorter than my left side and I have no way of fixing it without taking off another inch. I have tried many times to go with simple cuts and every time I come out feeling ugly and looking like a boy and I will never go back again. I have added what I wanted and what I got pics.
Requested style: I requested the long inverted bob you see in the picture.
Hair type: Because I have curly hair I need it longer for when I like to wear my curls but now I look like the mad hatter when I do.

There is a gentleman by the last name Rios.
He did a great job on our hair.
This is my third time.
My sister and I read both looked younger with this haircut.
I highly recommend this gentleman Rios.

0 other customers checked in, 3 stylists giggling standing around making fun of another customers pronunciation of a name who just left, i get it slow day but some of us have stuff to do, also don't make fun of people's accent please

Amazing atmosphere, checking in online does help the process, so I recommend that. Madison did an awesome job and is an amazing people person. I take the kids here as well. Great pricing and great cuts at Great Clips

I’m sorry to say it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had and it made me cry. I’m going back today to see if they can fix it. One side is longer than the other and it’s not blended into my length. I don’t know what he was thinking!
