“While my wife and I visited Kohl's (Selma, TX) again to buy her another summer dress and when asked about a Kohls credit card because of additional savings , I had one but it has not been used in years, thus the account was closed, so I applied for one, the cashier (Linda) assisted me (made it easy for me as she loaded all the information in the system). Of course, it came back approved, what surprised us was that I had a voucher in the Kohls system and the store gave us two additional discounts (one being a new member and the other it's customer appreciation week), WOW some discounts, we were very happy when we left. This does not happen very often!”

“I really appreciate the girl that took my call, and recommended a dry cleaner for me to take my Pucci dress to....I was without a umbrella and some rain drops got on my dress, leaving a puckering mess! I hope it is not ruined...thank you so much for the reference”
“This store was spic-and-span clean. Floors, racks, bathrooms neat and tidy. I had something to return (which I hadn't done in years) and I asked a salesperson in sportswear on 2nd floor (after I got her away from a conversation with another associate) who told me to go to customer service on 4th floor, which I did. Customer service told me to go to the dept on 2. When I realized how big the store was I asked a gal in Home gazing off which side of 2 the TB brand was and she didn't know. When I found it, Porsche was there. She was the sweetest, called me by my name she saw on my card. She was patient while I looked up my receipt for the bar code on the order receipt. I'm going back to North Star Dillard's but only for Porsche.”

Eddie in the sunglasses section helped us cut off the tags of her new purse right after we had bought it (so polite and helped her get more comfortable). Tyrese of the janitorial crew helped us open closed doors on the way out of the BX. These people were amazing, memorable and I eternally appreciate them.”

“Initially I had some difficulty with my purchase which the managers could not solve on that visit because my Kohl's credit card account was suspended for non-use. Once I receive the new credit card I was to bring my purchase back and they would credit it and charge it on the new Kohl's account applying all the discounts that I would have gotten in the first place. Had I known this experience was going to be so positive I might have welcomed the fact that I had to go through it just to meet all the nice people and see how they back up their sales. Everyone involved use their best efforts and went out of their way to take care of me.”
“I was shopping at the JCP at Rolling Oaks. My husband was with me, he walks with a cane, recovering from a stroke. I was going into a Fitting Room and was looking for a chair for him to sit momentarily. No chair to be found. I asked him to stand and wait for a minute, I was only trying one thing on. Out of nowhere a young lady by the name of Amy walked up with a stool! A big shout out to Amy! It took some stress off me knowing that my husband was temporarily okay. What an amazing young lady! I should have gotten her last name. She needs to be recognized for her customer service and compassion! Please! She just so happened to check me out, as well, upper level checkout. I thanked her, again! What a wonderful experience! Thank you JCP!”

“This place is my addiction. Where else can one justify spending $150-$300 weekly? It's necessities at bargain basement prices, y'all!...but the girls at the check-out have a bad habit of overlooking ink security tags and leaving them attached to purchased clothes and shoes despite setting off the security alarm before exiting and again after post-double check clearance. Sure enough, I find the tag once home...that send me back the next day, and I end up dropping another round of bucks!”

“It was the second Target that I visited during my stay in San Antonio, it undoubtedly has a wide variety of products for all tastes, needs and day-to-day developments in the daily life of San Antonio and of course a fairly clean and well-kept establishment with good prices if you know how to immerse yourself in the offers.

“This store location is not easily visible from the main road. This shopping strip is right across from HEB shopping strip. The store is well stock with lots of variety of product. I always look at the clearance sections to find the bargain. The store is old, but the product selections made up for it. You always find great deals at all Big Lots!”

“The manager, Bambi, and the staff greatly care for the residents. Safety is a priority, and the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Crime is very minimal here. The truth is there is no apartment complex in America. That does not have some crime. Gated or not. What I can say is there are no violent crimes that happen here. No Street thugs or shady folks walking around. Cars have been broken into, but it's few far and in between. If you own a Kia or Hyundai, it's not a matter of if, more like when. Don't be upset at the apartment complex; be mad at the poor security your car manufacturer provided. I have kids, and I highly recommend living here.”

“Atmosphere here has definitely improved over the years. Some BCF locations have been super sketchy, so good to see much improvement. They lost a star simply because the store was a bit disheveled and scatterbrained, but still found what I needed.”
“It was my first time shopping at a Ross store. It was clean and had good prices. It was also laid out so I could find what I was looking for. The only down side was that I felt I was in a thrift store . I did, however, get a couple of things at good prices.”
