I purchased a pair of there boots on eBay. Took almost 3 weeks to get them. They don’t fit was told I wouldn’t be charged for return label because they were so late so I’d get my full refund. Well I ended up getting charged 13.87 shipping. And when I called they said eBay charged me for the shipping label. I contacted eBay. They thought I was nuts as they don’t charge it’s up to seller they said to charge for shipping. They flat lied to me the boots when they finally came were all scuffed n looked like they’d been on a trip. If you value your money n the products you get n how it’s handles if something’s wrong. Don’t buy from these people. They’ll just lie to you as they did me. Very disappointed.

The store owner is worth the trip whether you purchase anything or not. But known as the "Boot Whisperer", she can look at your feet and find a pair of vintage boots in her inventory that will fit well, and fit your taste. Boots aren't cheap, but all are high quality from vintage mfg and worth every penny. Make the trip. You will love it.

I will not be going back into this store, the lady (im guessing is the owner) was completely rude for no reason. asked a question said it was very expensive rolled her eyes and walked away. She was acting like this to other customers also. it's just not a very fun experience.

LOVE LOVE LIVE this store and the owner! Seriously one of the coolest places I've ever shopped at. You have to go there and see the Boot Wisperer. It's a once in a lifetime experience. You make an appointment and Ulli the owner finds the absolute perfect boot for your feet. You don't even need to tell her what size you are or the weird idiosyncrasies of your feet. I tried on two pairs and bought the second pair. These are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn in my entire life. She only deals with high-quality boots. Go there and experience it you won't believe it!

You HAVE to stop by. I don't even know how to put into words the experience I had there. After scheduling an appt, my group arrived to be greeted by Uli, who already felt like family. I had read reviews and heard rumors of The Boot Whisperer, but thought it too good to be true. She. Is. Perfect. Her first pull for me fit PERFECTLY and was literally exactly what I was looking for, even though I didn't tell her. She then *tirelessly* pulled options for all of us for a total of two and a half hours. We were never pressured to purchase a thing. She made sure everything fit right. Some options didn't work for various reasons, so we gave feedback, and she adjusted. It was amazing. I walked out with 3 new pair that feel like the things missing from my life. I am so grateful for her patience and care, while we tried on dozens of boots until we found what we wanted.

Visited "The Boot Whisperer" this past weekend with the whole family, and it was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun browsing turquoise she had and all the boots of course. We all got our perfect fit of boots! Will go back again! Thanks for having us!

What a unique experience with an amazing outcome! My family and I were making a drive through the Hill Country, so I called Uli to schedule a time for my sister and I to get whispered. She was so very German; it was great! She told us on the phone that if it was meant to be, our boots would be there. If not, our boots would be there in a future visit. She offered to whisper everyone, with no pressure to purchase. We arrived at the cute little shop in the middle of adorable Wimberley. Uli asked about our price range. Then she had us to take off our shoes and put on thick socks, to make sure the boots would fit even if our feet expanded due to heat. Uli looked at our feet in the socks, rubbed her hands together, and wiggled her fingers as she walked around the store. Then she returned with three or four pairs of boots for each of us! Amazingly, the boots fit! Even with my sister's weird size issues. My perfect boots were the second pair she brought me. Vintage Lucchese! Burnt orange (my favorite color) and tan! Never been worn! My sister's perfect boots were bright red, a color she would have never picked out for herself, but she LOVED them. She encouraged us walk around the store to make sure we loved the boots. And she insisted that we wear the boots outside, to make sure we liked the colors in sun. We loved that there really was no sales pressure. Uli doesn't want you to buy the boots unless you love them. She does such an amazing job matching that it's almost impossible not to love them! After the purchase was complete, Uli wiggled her fingers over the boots one last time to send them off with joy and love. Love it!!

I do really love going into this place--the items that you can find here are absolutely incredible. The vintage pieces, one of a kind finds and assorted boots are AWESOME. But I've only found a few items that really needed to come home with me as the others are out of this world expensive.
