This is by far the worst branch of service and I love banking with Wells Fargo. The past two times I’ve been in I was turned away for service. The first incident was the tellers stating the system was “slow” and to come back to transfer funds from one account to another. The second time was on 12/9. I walked in just after 11:00, waiting several minutes in line without anyone greeting or acknowledging me even though I was the only person in line. When the teller called me to the desk I let him know I needed to transfer money and open a savings account. He looked at his co-worker (red hair and glasses) and said that would be at the desk here but we close at 12:00 today. I said “okay, I can wait, that’s 45 minutes until you close”. The teller looked behind me and said well I’m not sure how long that guest will take so it’s better to come back. What they didn’t realize is that my husband was sitting in the waiting area and saw the banker mouth to him that he wasn’t taking anymore customers today. Every other branch I’ve visited have been more than happy to assist and pleasant to work with.

Went in to get an account 30 mins before closing. They gave me the run around about it takes too long to open an account before they close. Guy didn’t seem to want to help with anything since it was the end of the day.

I love this branch. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait in line, as they always have a lot of people working. Great management, and you can tell because it runs through all of the employees. I always feel welcome there now, just like Cheers!

When I was a boy I watched Dale Robertson on tales of Wells Fargo I liked his integrity he's the reason that I decided to choose Wells Fargo as my bank. Now the reason I stayed with Wells Fargo for the last 20 years it's because of the manager at the Wimberley branch and the people there. They take care of all my banking needs and I never have any worries about doing business with them. And I plan on continue doing banking with them until I no longer have a need for a bank or a banker. Wells Fargo had made Me lose my patience. Oh i've been trying to open a business account with them. They have horrible service. I've been trying to open a business account for months. They said they needed a letter from the board members stating that I would open an account. I gave them a letter using their words. Now they say that the letter should have said that I was opening the account in my name. Now they say that it's been too long, that the letter is dated over 30 days ago They never gave me a deadline. Now they say that letter is not acceptable. Now they say they don't care what my articles of incorporation say because they don't want to reference it. They say they want to help me open an account. I've opened other business accounts with other banks and it was so fast and easy. Sorry for the rant, just frustrated.

Stopped to deposit a check in the ATM. The ATM was not receiving deposits so after watching another guy walk-in after trying the ATM I did the same. I noticed all the signs coving the two glass doors and the multiple knee high fold-ables with even more notices all over the entry as I opened the door to go in.I walked up and waited for the other guy to get help and leave and stepped up. The teller was nice enough but when he returned he explained to me that he’s done a favor for me being that the lobby wasn’t to be used for deposits, that drive up is the only service to be used. Didn’t hear the guy in front of me getting the lecture but I am a woman so.... than as I was leaving one of the personnel, woman, followed me out to make sure I knew I had been tolerated this one time and repeated the rules. I pointed out the numerous notices and that I must have missed it so she helped me once again in turning around one of the knee high fold-ables and pointing out the large print was right there. So- just FYI peeps. They only do special favors for the community morons. I’ll stick to driving to Sattler or anywhere other than this bank.M Straube

Alma went above and beyond in assisting my requests and exceeding expectations. Greatly pleased with the customer service of everyone I dealt with. From the young teller, Alma, and the bearded gentleman who greeted me on my way out as well. Very enjoyable experience all the way around
