They marked my Amazon packages as undeliverable when they have a contract with Amazon to deliver the packages and I even have special instructions saying “if the gate is closed just leave the packages at the gate” which is literally easier than a mailbox but nope that’s too difficult and the gate was open and every single other delivery service has zero problem making front door delivery and at my other delivery location in a different county that post office goes way out of their way to deliver the packages and never complains or refuses but wimberley post office loves refuse delivery and not hold packages either which I’m pretty certain they’re obligated to do for 72 hours yet they refuse to deliver my packages yesterday then marked them ready for pick up so I was just about to leave and pick them up and now it says they returned them to sender and I’m sure they got paid for zero effort

Nobody knows what they’re doing. They confidently give incorrect information and pass the buck when you come back after learning of their error. Management doesn’t seem to care so the problem will never be solved. Just save the hassle, headache and stress and go anywhere else.

Worst post office I've ever been to. Their idea of customer service is basically bullying you and treating you like you're stupid. The delivery drivers are useless. The manager is awful. Never go here unless you have to.

The people inside the post office are extremely rude, and several of them are completely incompetent of what is supposed to be told to customers. They go out of their way to make things inconvenient and just laughing your face because there’s not a whole lot that you can do about it.

Absolutely useless. Left a note on my door saying sorry we missed you. They didn't once knock on my door or ring the doorbell, while i was home! I'm sure they weren't standing there longer than 5 seconds before they decided to leave. ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!

Useless, they always come up with these sticker notes saying nobody was home to deliver the parcels/packages/whatevs. I'll be begging any online store/seller to use UPS or FedEx from now on, this service is not even a joke.

ONE STAR for SUNDAY delivery folks…FIVE for all other days & drivers ?Feb 19th: Presidents Day Holiday 1pm… neighbor way down from us brought Amazon items that were left in their mailbox NOT “ Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a resident.”Feb 18th:6:10am: “Package is out for delivery.”11:52 am– “Package is being held by the carrier. If the business was closed, delivery will be attempted on the next business day. If a keepsafe was requested, the package will be delivered when you get back.Wimberley, TX”Feb 11th … ZERO EXCUSE for NON-delivery: “Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible. Wimberley, TX”…NOTHING blocking driveway and mailbox was available :-/Jan 28th… delivered to Woodcreek Drive and not “OUR” Drive … 1.5 miles from our mailbox to theirs ?FIVE STARS for Monday—Saturday delivery folks ?Thank goodness the neighbor was able to find us and deliver the packages herself ?
