They are wonderful hair stylists. They really helped me with changing from straight hair styles to curly. They helped me figure out curly is my natural hair. They also do not push tons of products like other shops, but they do offer great products.

My elderly mother has had her hair done there for years. For her last appointment she was late as she is having some mobility issues. Lou Ann who is her normal stylist was very demeaning and belittling to her. My mother profusely apologized for her tardiness but was met with rudeness. Needless to say, we will not be back! I understand the frustration of a tardy client, however I don’t understand the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from Lou Ann.

LouAnn is so talented! I tried to grow my hair out and couldn’t hack it. Went a bit shorter then today went to my “summer cut”. She is always so meticulous and amazing. Also, if you need color, she’s your girl! Color, highlights, lowlights…that’s her specialty.
