This company has one line down and has blocked off our access to the main road for 2 weeks now…it is one pole, one line.The inefficiency & lack of communication is super hard for young families trying to get to school, work etc. puts at least a 20 minute surplus on our commute. As working moms know—this is very hard. Hopefully they will have it done soon.I’ve reached out to them— no response :/

The install guy (hearing impaired) was very nice and did a good job. Otherwise this company is the worst experience I've ever had with another company. After I cancelled my account and my autopay, they billed me again for time I didn't use their service. When the disconnect tech came out (a week early) and I showed him my equipment, he said they never pick it up and I can keep it. Then a month later they sent me a bill for $487.14 for un-returned equipment. If I could give a 0 star review I would.

My mother has this company and in many ways it’s terrible. But I had to deal with them when it came to some billing issues, and they are snakes when it comes to money. My mom found out that she is eligible for the ACP gov subsidy. First, it took 2 weeks to get it applied and they kept saying they are investigating when in all reality they weren’t doin anything. Second, they promised my mom to apply a promotional credit for one more month since her $45 bill was ending, but when I talked to a different representative they kept saying, “we can’t do anything with this billing cycle. You just need to wait for the ACP credit to hit the next billing cycle.” Another representative said they could even apply it to this billing cycle but then they went back on their word. My mother is on a fixed income and it’s just terrible the amount of inconsistencies and promises they made, but then went back on all of it. I had to play phone/online chat tag for 2 weeks to even get the ACP subsidy applied. I do not recommend this company at all!!

SEVERE DAMAGE TO MY PROPERTY- BROKEN DRIVEWAY, 2 BROKEN PANELS IN SIDEWALK, YARD DESTROYED. I did not approve any work to be done on my property. Waiting on hold 2 hours on 2 separate occasions and no one answers. Great wasting your entire day.

I wish there were a zero star rating. My Frontier internet has been off now for 3 weeks. Service was scheduled, I stayed home waiting. No one showed. I've called repeatedly. No one knows what is going on. This company is so poorly managed, the worst service I have ever encountered. If you have a choice, do not use Frontier as your internet provider

Frontier is installing fiber in my neighborhood. About three weeks ago, Frontier contractors came out and dug holes through my neighborhood then left equipment on the side of the road. I now have a 6 foot deep hole in my front yard. There has been no work completed since. When calling Frontier, you have to navigate a nightmare of an automated system. The one person I was able to speak with hung up on me. This is to serve as public notice. I am giving Frontier one week to respond. On Friday, February 10th, if I have had no response, I will remove the construction fencing. And fill the hole in my front yard.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. All they talk about is your designated ticket time, but no one ever shows up. So, what exactly are you charging us for Frontier, if we have no internet service for days/weeks?

Has to be the most unprofessional and rudest company besides Lowes that I have ever dealt with.....the work is unprofessional the workers are not educated and barely claim they speak english. I'm going to post this on Neighborhood so other communities can be aware of the shotty work and unprofessionalism of this company.

Their customer service is horrible. My internet has been out for over a month. The last person that came said that it just needed to be hooked back up to the box, yet it has been another week and no one has done it. Customer service cannot give me any information about when it will be repaired. They have outdated information (saying the new line wasn’t installed yet). I have called at least 12 times since this started. It has been a huge source of frustration and waste of time. Everyone passes the blame to another department or contractor. When we did have service it went out multiple times a day.

Service is always going out in my mom's neighborhood and they take their sweet time fixing it and when I try to call for my mother, a senior citizen, to report the issue and solely to report the problem, they tell me they can't do nothing without verification, even though my mother has told them everytime we've reported a problem that she has given permission for me to do so on her behalf. ...well the least they could do is look up the location and trouble shoot it....I'm reporting what number has a problem. It's ridiculous, especially during this time that communication is so important, since we do not live in the same home. We are looking to get a different service for her.
