Overall really good experience. Friendly employees strategically spread through out the store, directing lost folks like me where they need to go. If one couldn't answer they'd search for answers.

Every time I have been here , I always find what I need. The service is always good. Very friendly. Great place to find items that you need for projects around the home. Prices are reasonable. Worth checking out when in need for a home project.

I attempted to rent a 16’ trailer and reserved it the day before. When I called to ask a question about other product availability, I mentioned that I would be arriving in 30 minutes to get the 16’ trailer. He then told me that the 16 foot trailer was no longer available. It was out on a rental. So what was the point of making a reservation? I later found out that I wasn’t even put into the reservation system.He then said he could rent me a longer trailer for $10 higher. I wasn’t happy but agreed. When I returned the trailer, he then attempted to charge me $99 for what we agreed on the phone was to be $65 because that is what was in the system for the trailer I rented and he didn’t know how to change it. He made it right but only after I refused to pay the higher rate. He asked his boss and she agreed to the lower price. He then quickly made the pricing change and checked me out. Maybe she told him how to do it, but it was all of five seconds to make the fix. The frustrations were #1 don’t offer a trailer for reservation that you can’t rent. #2 don’t attempt to charge a customer a higher rate than you agree to. #3 train your employees so they know how to fix mistakes. #4 don’t waste your customers time. I spent 45 minutes in the store dealing with an issue that should’ve taken two. He continued to help other customers while I just waited.
