SUPER disappointed in the new owners. My elderly parents spent nearly $450 for a fuel pump (not a great price, but not a rip-off by any means these days). Seven months later, fuel pump goes out again. I know the part should have a lifetime warranty from O'Reilly's (where Joe's got it from), but the fella at Joe's wouldn't even look up the repair in their system. "We don't keep records that long," is a direct quote from the guy behind the counter. Now I'm not expecting Joe's to give them a completely free repair, but *seven* months and my elderly folks on a fixed income are asked to come up with another $450? What about seven months after that? Another $450?Sorry, Joe's, but you've lost their business and mine. Previous owner had integrity. Take a lesson.
