For real this is the second place of the day that told me I could not get propane told them I had cash was told no cash in delivery 🤦♀️🤦♀️ am a single mother raising her kids alone and can not get propane to cook for them

The delivery service went fine. But it is very difficult to speak to someone by phone at your company. I have tried to reach someone because I overpaid online and never received the difference back.

100% great customer service across the board. If you can hear a smile on the phone, I got it and the on the ground service is just as pleasant.

This was my first delivery since changing over from another dishonest company. The driver came a few days after I called and requested a delivery. He was very personable and found a very slight leak on the pressure gauge on my tank which he repaired by tightening it. I really would appreciate though, a definitive delivery day since I need to be home to unlock the gate.

Experience with them has been absolutely horrible. Over a two years ago I told them to take their tank off my property. They were charging me over $100 more for rental because I am one person and did not use what they wanted in propane. They came out unhooked the tank broke my line to house. It’s still sitting in my yard two years later. They won’t pick it up. I have emailed called. Nothing they just left it and keep trying to bill me. This is the worst company ever

My wife and I are of advanced age and have of late and had numerous illnesses over the holidays and through the spring. So when I went to our tank to check our propane supply, I found the dial down in the middle of the red. This was on a Tuesday, and our normal delivery day is Thursdays.When I requested a delivery, it was to be nine days later. I called and was able to get delivery two days later on Thursday. As I recall a significant rain was also expected just after that, which would have made delivery on our property likely difficult (white rock drive), soft clay otherwise).So we found the dispatcher and delivery people outstanding in helping us out of the threat of running out of gas.

Prices reasonable. Driver was top notch. Better system of letting me know of delivery time would a least an extra star. Surcharges for delivery, including haz-mat fee, c'mon man. Give me a price without the hidden fees.

Delivery drivers are great,but customer service as a whole is aweful. Lack in communication was an overall bad experience.Extra charges for A next day service charge that wasnt reuested nor didthey do anything next day and took 3-4 calls over 3 weeks to get it corrected. TRACY WAS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH. She had a very bad attitude and you could tell she hated her job and talkig to anyone. Left me on hold for 10 minutes for requesting a manager to call me back which never happened. I Dont recommend this company if you want good communication and an uneventful service.

We just need to know the day delivery will occur. We had to stay home several days to be sure we were home when the delivery was made. A gate has to be open.
