This place is AWFUL! They had me sit all day for my prescriptions and when I went up to pick them up they tried to charge me when I am on Superior medicaid and then proceed to tell me that they got that memo that very morning that they no longer cover my insurance. If that's the case they should have told me that while I was on the phone with them that very morning! Now I have tried to switch to Canton walmart and they are trying to tell canton walmart that I don't have anymore fills on my birth control when that is a blatant lie! They are just mad I left! Everyone should leave this place and go somewhere else for business. They don't care about us, they only care about money. Butch of rude people work up there and have no idea what on earth they are even doing. Horrible horrible place!!!

Rude staff tha way this one girl or lady talked to me and tha receptionist unacceptable and I've reported her twice this week and since there is no manager tha pharmacist is OK with it I won't be back there don't even shop at Brookshires I don't like rude people and im not dealing with it for 2 days Ive been ticked off

They need to keep the crew happy! The replacement employees don't seem too excited about their jobs. The pharmacy seems to be more busy, but moving WAY slower! I've had to wait as long as 30 minutes in linear the drivethru and as long as 2 days for a called in prescription! NOT acceptable when you're sick!!!
