“We travel out of our way to this VCA Aledo Animal Hospital for many reasons, one of the biggest being Dr. Emily Murphey! She has cared for our furry family members for over a dozen years. She's cared for some when they were new to our family and helped ease our pain when it was their time. She's even given some of them special nicknames that we still use.
The other doctors, front office, and tech team are always just as fantastic during our pets’ wellness visits and check-ups. Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with so many wonderful people like Raven, Abbie, Nora, Brittany, Megan, Keeley, Andrea, Cynthia, and of course, Doctors Finger, Coakley, Foard, and Dykstra.
Recently, they tested our newest pet rescue, Charley, before spaying her and found out she has a blood clot disorder. They monitored her for a few months and took a safe approach to spaying her. Dr. Murphey and Dr. Finger went above and beyond and volunteered their own dogs just in case Charley needed a blood transfusion. Dr. Murphy brought her fur baby, Dixie, to the clinic on standby on her procedure day. Wow! Talk about down-home caring, friendly service! Dr. Finger did the procedure. She was amazing and kept me well-informed as I sat in the lobby waiting during the surgery. She did an incredible job, and our sweet Charley girl came through the procedure beautifully. I trust VCA Aledo Animal Hospital wholeheartedly with my fur babies. Thank you for all you do for us!”

“Wonderful and kind staff. My regular vet was unavailable and recommended Reata when my old horse was colicking. I called and was helped by Janna/Janet (I hope I'm close, because she was wonderful). Even though I was not an existing client, she bent over backwards to help and comfort me. Dr Lorenz (again I really hope that's right, she was also amazing), came out quickly. She did everything she could to help Roo feel better. I absolutely loved her, and I felt very confident in her abilities.I can't recommend this practice enough. Every single person I dealt with from first call to paying the bill was absolutely wonderful. I'm delighted to have found this practice, and so happy Dr Wynn recommended them.”

“We have been going to Parker County Veterinary Hospital for years. We started when Dr Pat was there. We stayed with them when sold the business to Dr Borgers. She has maintained the excellent service for Dr Pat. The employees there know our dogs. They treat them good and are truly concerned about them. When we had to put one of our dogs to sleep due to a severe health issue, they treated her like a queen that she was, including a warm spot for her to lay down during the procedure as well as special treats for her. Dr Borgers discusses the reasons we brought our pets into them in a language we can understand. She also will direct us to others vets when she does not have the equipment to perform certain tests. In conclusion we love the way they treat our pets.”

“We moved to Aledo 5 years ago and never really had a specific vet we considered OUR vet for our fur family. We just went to places that were convenient. Thankfully, that changed when we went to Vista Animal Hospital with Dr. Hampton. He is so kind and thorough with each visit, as well as his staff! Dr. Hampton was there through our dog’s declining health and eventual passing. It was very sad for us. Dr. Hampton and his team were so compassionate and patient through the process. His office sent us a card later expressing their condolences. We are very thankful for that!
Now, Dr. Hampton is the vet to the newest member of our family, and I am confident he is in great hands!”

“Recently came to Holland for the first time for my dogs spay. Prices were reasonable and services provided were great. I appreciated how quick they were able to get her in for surgery especially because she was in heat, most places make you wait weeks after they finish heat cycle.They sent us home with everything that was needed and were quick to answer any questions I had. Very knowledgeable. They even reached out the following day asking how she was doing which was very meaningful.All of the techs, receptionists, doctor were very nice, thorough and had good energy.My dog is doing great, I plan to go back for any needs.”

“Kind & patient staff!Dr took the time to educate this anxious & frightened pet owner, & he also took the time to give helpful, detailed instructions on administering meds at home that my sick kitten required. I was touched he cared enough to spend the time giving me EXTREMELY valuable information (I learned a LOT during our visit) & also reminded me to remember the difference in cat & human perspective. His demeanor eased my anxiety & I felt better leaving the appointment despite my kitten needing ongoing treatment b/c this clinic obviously cares not only about the animals, but also the people who bring them in.The lady at the front desk was warm, gentle, & solution focused. I definitely recommend this business & take comfort knowing my kitten has a knowledgeable & caring staff looking out for her.”

“Our long time veterinarian retired and he recommended Dr Fields. It's a bit out for me, but I love my animals and it's worth it. This place gets busy. Generally they stay keep close to appointment times. Dr Fields is extremely personable as are the vet techs. The front desk stays busy with customers and phone calls, so be respectful and polite Two kittens adopted us. We couldn't find a place to bring them. The shelters are packed. So we are vaccinating and spaying them both. Then they'll go to their new homes as barn cats. I tell you this because while it's an out of pocket expense, the price was reasonable enough to justify it”
